What I appreciate most about ClickMeeting is its dependable performance and straightforward design, which have helped the Polish Librarians’ Association for more than ten years in hosting online trainings, webinars, and conferences. ClickMeeting has been really helpful for running our online workshops and webinars. It's super easy to use—even people who aren’t very tech-savvy can figure it out quickly. I like how it takes care of things like registrations, reminders, and follow-up emails automatically. That saves us a lot of time.

The interactive features like chat, polls, and Q&A make it easier to keep people engaged during live sessions. It’s also great that everything’s in one place—unlike Zoom or Teams, you don’t need to set up extra tools to manage events. Overall, it works really well for bigger, more organized training sessions. What do you dislike about ClickMeeting?

There are a few small things that could be better. Sometimes uploading presentations or videos takes longer than expected, which can be a bit annoying when you’re in a hurry. Also, the video quality doesn’t always adjust well for people with slower internet, and I think the registration options could be a bit more flexible.
