**What do you like best about ClickConnector?**

Working with ClickConnector has always been straightforward. The platform is easy to navigate, and setting up campaigns or adding new numbers is simple—even for team members who aren’t super technical. Their support team is also quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance. It feels like they actually care about helping us succeed, which makes a big difference. We’ve been with them for some time, and they’ve consistently been a reliable partner in helping us scale and manage our marketing efforts.

Click Connector has been a great fit for our business, especially when it comes to handling high volumes of SMS. It’s easy to scale—we can add new phone numbers quickly as needed, and the system handles our messaging needs reliably. We rarely run into issues, which makes it easy to stay focused on engaging with our clients without worrying about tech hiccups.

The support team were more responsive and a bit more proactive when issues do come up

The help center is clean and simple, and the automated replies handle the most common questions without us lifting a finger.

ClickConnector makes it super easy to set up those self-service tools, and they actually work. It's nice knowing people don’t always have to wait for me to reply—they can just get it.

Honestly? It’s been great. I just wish I had found it sooner—it would've saved me a lot of late nights answering repetitive emails.

Limited advanced customisation options  might not satisfy power users. However the trade off is worth it for the ease of and robust support.

I’ve used other platforms where the self-service stuff feels robotic and impersonal, but ClickConnector doesn’t feel like that at all. It’s easy for customers to use, and it still feels like we’re there for them. The automated replies and articles actually help—and when something needs a human touch, it gets to us fast.

**What do you dislike about ClickConnector?**

Not much, honestly because the functionally it’s solid.

It’s saved us a lot of back-and-forth on things like shipping updates and FAQs. We’re able to respond faster to the bigger stuff, and our customers are getting help quicker overall.

Clinkconnector's pre built connectors are like  magic wands  for our data integration woes. The  intuitive interface made setup a breeze and their support team is always  available to lend a helping hand. Seamless syncing across multiple apps has been a game changer for our team's productivity.

Sometimes the UI feels a tad cluttered, However the benefits far outweigh these minor drawbacks.

Clickconnector bridged our app silos, automating workflows and freeing up our team to focus on high impact tasks, we have seen a significant reduction in manual errors and  an increase in overall efficiency.

I’ve worked in a few different help desk systems, and ClickConnector is by far the easiest to use. I can see all open tickets, respond fast, and even loop in teammates if I need help. Plus, customers get updates automatically, which means fewer “just checking in” emails.

It is functionality-wise, it’s rock solid.

I’d love to see a dark mode for late-night support shifts! Other than that, it’s been very dependable.

This clickconnector's connectors are rock solid, reliable and the support team  is   responsive and knowledgeable. The platform's flexibility and adaptability have been a perfect fit for our complex integration needs.

Occcasional minor sync delays but these are rare and quickly resolved by the  support team.

Clickconnector enabled seamless data exchange between our apps, boosting productivity and reducing uneccesary  stress. We have seen a significant improvement in data accuracy and a reduction in manual errors.

It has helped me provide better attention to my users, with the tools it offers I can integrate the chat channels of my main networks like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, being able to automate the response processes.

At first, there are so many things that can be done that the implementation can be a bit overwhelming, but over time it is a great tool.

I have been able to unify the information from several channels into one, which has allowed me to have greater control over the processes. The reporting tool they offer allows me to obtain clear reports and know what to implement or what measures to take.

It allows me to connect different social networks and channels to be able to respond to users, and I can also automate responses.

**What do you dislike about ClickConnector?**

At the moment, there is no option to create menus on WhatsApp. I would like them to integrate that option in the future.

**What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickConnector has helped me automate responses by creating chatbots for different channels like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. This allows me to focus on other tasks, saving a lot of time and providing quick information to my clients.

**What do you like best about ClickConnector?**

We can get all customer details directly from Shopify for our support agents in Clickconnector. No need to switch or search for another tool for more customer details. That way you have all valuable data in 1 support tool like orders, last messages, tracking information etc. This is very handy. They also have integration with AI tools like chatGPT which again saves you a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about ClickConnector?**

2 things. 1) I would like to see a better UX/UI as I am quite lost in the navigation. 2) As I like automation, we need more native integrations. Zappier is ok but expensive. I understand that creating a native integration is one of the harder tasks and costs some money that would rather be spent on creating features, but APIs, webhooks, and native integrations are how the product stands out and makes it more powerful. They have API, webhook and even Zappier but I need more native integrations like Hubspot, Brevo (old Sendinblue) etc.

**What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, the Clickconnector was a great buy this year. It helps us automate customer inquiries with our support agents. They even integrate with ChatGPT, again saving you a lot of time. We are now working on converting our knowledge base to Clickconnector as it is just a simple way to create great Helpdesk articles and collections. We've been using different tools for our Shopify store, but each tool only does one thing - chat, knowledge base, support tickets, and so on. Clickconnector does everything, so we don't have to keep switching between tools. They even have forms, you can run an email campaign or SMS.

**What do you like best about ClickConnector?**

- Team is amazing at ClickConnetor, they actively listen to their customers and implement those actively. 
- The product is mature and packed with features 
- If you want to start simple or have deep customization they have got you covered.

**What do you dislike about ClickConnector?**

- Lack of mobile app, you can use it as PWA but sometimes you might notifications. It works flawlessly on the web browser but Phone app would be cherry on top.

**What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us right from acquiring a customer with the help of Sales Chat Bots, Piplines to track status of sales, to supporting customers once they are onboarded. You can add support chatbot where it can crawl upto 50 pages of your website to gather information, you can also create Knowledge Base from the platform making it one stop solution for a customer support.

It also offers Unibox so all of your chats are in consoliated in one inbox like you fb, insta, whatsapp and even emails are in one inbox that can be accessed by your support staff and take care by your support staff.

I have been using it for a months and still learning about new features.

**What do you like best about ClickConnector?**

Click Connector not only allows a live chat on our site but also has AI bots, and traditional flow driven chat bots ... but the surprise was that we can also respond to comments in posts on Facebook (might also be able to do that on other social platforms but we really only use Facebook). The interface is a huge step up from the previous platform we were using. Overall, this keeps our response times to minutes (in work hours) on all platforms.

**What do you dislike about ClickConnector?**

We dont really have any dislikes. There were some minor teething issues but support resolved that so quickly .. not an issue.

**What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising the sales and support functions and keeping our CRM updated.

Good onmi channel communication tool.
Works with most things that you would want.

Horrible customer support. After 2 weeks, I still haven't gotten a reply.

At the moment, ClickConnector is causing more problems than resolving them.
