What do you like best about ClickConnector?

I’ve used other platforms where the self-service stuff feels robotic and impersonal, but ClickConnector doesn’t feel like that at all. It’s easy for customers to use, and it still feels like we’re there for them. The automated replies and articles actually help—and when something needs a human touch, it gets to us fast. I’ve worked in a few different help desk systems, and ClickConnector is by far the easiest to use. I can see all open tickets, respond fast, and even loop in teammates if I need help.
