### 1. Easy to Search, Manage, and Organize Request Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaiyu w. | R & D batch adjuster, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Collect?**

all the request data in the collect, easy to search, manage and organize .

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

so far so good, comfortable to use it now

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

all the necessary data in one place and easy to find and organize the required information.

 ### 2. Credentials collected in half the time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas M. | CEO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I particularly appreciate the conditional logic in Collect that shows clients only the fields relevant to their setup, which drastically cuts down back-and-forth clarifications. Setting up our branded portal with a custom domain and logo takes minutes and gives clients a professional, trust-building
experience every time.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

I sometimes find the settings hierarchy a bit overwhelming, particularly when I’m tracking down advanced conditional logic or reminder rules in the dashboard. A visual workflow builder would make it easier to map out and adjust request flows at a glance, although the existing UI and API let you build highly customized campaigns. Once you settle into where everything lives, Collect’s power more than makes up for the initial learning curve.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Collect to streamline gathering API credentials and access details from new clients. Before Collect we were stuck in messy email threads and spreadsheets trying to track who had submitted what. Now we send a structured, branded request that guides clients through each step and shows us real-time status updates. This has cut our credential collection time in half and eliminated follow-up headaches. As a result, our team spends less time chasing details and clients enjoy a clear, secure process.

 ### 3. Onboarding finally under control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom B. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I love how Collect’s conditional logic in request forms means clients only see questions that matter to them, which cuts down on confusion and follow-up questions. The internal notes feature lets my team share context and next steps directly on each request without cluttering our inbox. Being able to preview documents right in the portal also makes approvals lightning fast and keeps everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

Sometimes I find the depth of customization a bit overwhelming at first, and hunting down specific settings takes a few extra clicks. I’d love a visual workflow builder to map out automation rules (the API and Zapier options work as a workaround). That said, once you get used to where everything lives, the flexibility feels like a huge win.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Collect to streamline client onboarding. Before Collect we spent hours each week chasing missing documents via email and tracking forms in spreadsheets. Today we use Collect’s branded request campaigns to gather everything in one secure portal with automated reminders. The result is a 40% reduction in onboarding time and far fewer back-and-forth emails. Clients appreciate the clear process and quick turnaround, and our team has more time to focus on delivering results.

 ### 4. Smooth onboarding without the headache

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moritz D. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I love how their client portal adapts to my customers thanks to the conditional logic. It makes the forms so much cleaner and faster to complete. The internal notes on each request keep all my team’s feedback in one place, so we no longer lose track of follow-ups. Plus, the visual progress dashboard gives me real-time insight into every campaign without having to send extra status emails.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

The abundance of customization options and advanced settings are a bit overwhelming at first, and it took me a few attempts to locate certain advanced options. A visual workflow builder would help map out request logic instead of relying only on text based rules. That said, once I learned where everything lives and used the API for more complex needs, the platform’s flexibility really shines.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Collect to streamline customer onboarding for our SaaS. Before using Collect, we had scattered email threads and to-do lists for manual follow-ups, which led to delays and missing documents. Now I set up branded request campaigns with clear steps and automated reminders so customers can securely upload everything in one place. This has cut our back-and-forth significantly and accelerated our time-to-launch by a full week. Clients appreciate the transparent process and consistent status updates.

 ### 5. Finally, a seamless client onboarding experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edouard P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I love how Collect’s dynamic conditional logic tailors each portal to the client, showing only what’s
relevant and cutting down on incomplete submissions. The drag-and-drop builder makes it fast to
tweak forms and workflows on the fly, so I’m not wasting time digging through menus. And the
built-in progress dashboard gives me clear visibility into every client’s status in real time, making
daily monitoring a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

I found that the breadth of customization options can feel overwhelming at first, and I often have
to hunt through submenus to locate specific validation rules. I also miss having a visual workflow
builder to lay out multi-step processes more intuitively, although the API provides a solid
workaround. Once you get the hang of it, these areas become far more manageable and really
showcase how powerful the platform is.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re using Collect to streamline data collection and to design personalized client workspaces.
Before adopting it, our HR team spent hours chasing incomplete forms and juggling attachments
over email. Today we send branded, secure portals where clients submit documents, answer
questions, and specify workspace preferences in one place. That has cut our onboarding time by
more than half and reduced back-and-forth emails by around 70 percent. The process feels much
smoother for everyone and clients appreciate the clear, customized experience.

 ### 6. Effortless document collection with robust flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo D. | Lead Design System DPNT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I love how Collect’s client portal can be fully customized to match our brand’s look and feel, from logo to colors, and even hosting it on a subdomain of our choice. The ability to define clear instructions for each requested document dramatically reduces confusion and back-and-forth with our clients. Because Collect accepts large file uploads, our clients can simply snap photos of documents on their smartphones without worrying about compression or quality loss. The automated reminder feature, which sends both email and SMS notifications, ensures that clients submit everything on time, cutting our follow-up workload by half. Finally, the visual dashboard gives real-time insight into who has completed which step, so we never have to chase status updates manually.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

Navigating the advanced configuration menus can be a bit confusing at first, and finding specific features like webhook setup isn’t immediately intuitive. However, once you familiarize yourself with the layout and explore the documentation, the platform’s customization options truly stand out.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to manage client documents through endless email threads and spreadsheets, which caused missing files and constant follow-ups. Collect gave me a single, branded portal where clients instantly know what to upload, and its automated reminders handle the rest. Files are checked against my requirements in real time, and everything syncs directly to our CRM. In just a few days instead of weeks, I now have all the documents I need without chasing anyone.

 ### 7. Halved our admin time without breaking a sweat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Collect?**

I particularly appreciate the conditional logic feature that dynamically adjusts from fields based on each franchisee's profile, which means I don't have to create separate templates for different locations. The integrates field previeq and approval workflow lets me review and sign off on submissions directly in the portal whithout downloading anything. Plus the white-labeled, mobile-friendly interface makes it so much easier for franchisees to upload documents on the go.

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

I inititially found the absence of a visual workflow builder a bit overwhelming, which made mapping out multi-step processes less intuitive. It also took some digging to locate certaine advances settings in the interface. That said, once I got familiar with the layout the conditional logic and API integrations proved incredibly powerful - though a more guided UI would definitely smooth out the learning curve.

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Collect to streamline franchisee onboarding. Before, I was chasing documents accross emails and spreadsheets, which led to constant delays. Now I use Collect to set up structured onboarding flows and automated, recurring KPI requests for each location. Automated reminders and a single portal have cut our administrative time in half and given me clear, real-time updates. Franchisees also find the process much easier to follow.

 ### 8. A simple and powerful solution to easily collect client documents ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas W. | Fondateur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Collect?**

The UX is crazy good. Easy to setup workflows and great experience for receivers.
On the end side, people can scan on mobile and upload, and then switch to desktop for other docs. Forms are great and adapt to many Q&A situations. Progressive filling provides a good experience.
On the admin side, I just go every week on the portal and validate (10min for 20-30 docs thanks to quick eye feature)

**What do you dislike about Collect?**

After a month of usage, no encountered any issue/frustration. The learning curve at start takes about 30 minutes, very intuitive. At this time, no SMS feature for follow-ups but i've heard it is planned (not mandatory for me), email delivery is good (no spam issue)

**Recommendations to others considering Collect:**

Don't waste time benchmarking (I've spent 3 days testing, trying... a headache). Invest an hour in setting your campaign, docs, create forms... Try on yourself as a recipient. Create at least 2 follow-ups (people are like this:). Deactivate real-time notifications (each time someone uploads a doc) and log every week on the portal to validate docs and forms (it takes 1 minute per client). Along the way, you will discover beautiful features you didn't know you need them that much !

**What problems is Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an education NGO collecting lots of info/docs (legal and others) from dozens of members and teachers. From ID card copies to knowing food issues, make then sign docs, etc. In the past we've done it by hand (nightmare), and then tried different automatic systems (not adapted/frustrating). Collect is designed for this and does the extra mile to achieve the job.
We can now collect 150 documents + hundreds of answers from 30-50 people in less than a month, for a total energy spending of 2h (to review and validate).
