I love that it is integrated with teams- this makes it easy to install by just having teams on the computer. It has a campaign feature which is great for large lists. It's used everyday by our organization to reach out - folks just don't pickup the phone anymore and texts are much more reliable to get ahold of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is lackluster and often folks have heavy accents. Features keep changing without our knowledge. We signed an original contract and they have changed the things that are included with it. We started out with having reporting and logs, and they took that away. We were running out of texts when we first started, and it was incredibly hard to get ahold of a team that would help us. We finally got the right number of texts and haven't gone over the limit, but now they say without an unlimited plan we can no longer utilize the campaign texting, which is one of the biggest "features" of clerk chat we got it for. It also took a very long time with many back and for emails to implement the 10DLC requirements and it caused our clerk chat to have an outage for over a week.
