"Clerk Chat strips features without notifying and is inconsistent in performance and delivery."
What do you like best about Clerk Chat?

I love that it is integrated with teams- this makes it easy to install by just having teams on the computer. It has a campaign feature which is great for large lists. It's used everyday by our organization to reach out - folks just don't pickup the phone anymore and texts are much more reliable to get ahold of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clerk Chat?

Their support is lackluster and often folks have heavy accents. Features keep changing without our knowledge. We signed an original contract and they have changed the things that are included with it. We started out with having reporting and logs, and they took that away. We were running out of texts when we first started, and it was incredibly hard to get ahold of a team that would help us. We finally got the right number of texts and haven't gone over the limit, but now they say without an unlimited plan we can no longer utilize the campaign texting, which is one of the biggest "features" of clerk chat we got it for. It also took a very long time with many back and for emails to implement the 10DLC requirements and it caused our clerk chat to have an outage for over a week. What do you like best about Clerk Chat?

The Clerk Chat UI, as it presents in Teams, is excellent. And the integration in the Teams admin center makes the initial onboarding sensible and straightforward.

Because we have local area code phone numbers for our Teams Phone users, Clerk Chat was the natural choice for SMS.

The pricing works out as well, given that Clerk Chat uses a standard Teams phone license.

And finally, we have a friction-free path for SMS archiving in Purview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clerk Chat?

The 10DLC submission and acceptance process was painful. But compared to Microsoft's proprietary Teams SMS and its absurdly non-responsive "Telephone Number Services Team," Clerk Chat's support was attentive and helpful. What do you like best about Clerk Chat?

I find Clerk Chat easy to use, which helps us manage SMS messaging effortlessly. It's particularly useful for sending messages through text to our team members who are in the US while we work remotely from abroad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clerk Chat?

The support, I suggest they have a live chat support. Support usually takes 3-5 business days before they fix an issue. Add the billing details on dashboard because we couldn't see it right now. I've used Clerk Chat for about 1 year and have had a great experience with them. It's easy to use once it's all set up and the notifications come right into Teams.
