  ### 1. Filing claims are never fun, but now they are easy!

**What do you like best about ClaimCore?**

The efficiency tools allow my team to file claims faster and more accurately than before. The system efficiently manages benefit calculations when programmed with rule-based processing is set up.

**What do you dislike about ClaimCore?**

The program can be hard to work with at times. But it is only a learning curve. If there is a problem with a calculation for a benefit, it is usually only a mistake in the inputs, which can take time to go through to find the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering ClaimCore:**

If you are transferring systems, make sure you have correctly moved information into the right places. The tutorials help, and there is plenty of online support if issues arise.

**What problems is ClaimCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are filing more claims quickly and efficiently. Due to the system's processing, the claims and benefits information is accurate and easily calculated or managed.

**What do you like best about ClaimCore?**

Easy to use interface, user-friendly guides, never lags, support team is excellent, setup process is not very time consuming and hence overall truly great experience.

**What do you dislike about ClaimCore?**

Nothing to dislike here, everything is sorted, we are loving the software in our organisation and solving claims processing internally.

If you want to make claims filing easy

Claims management of our organisation,we are filling claims more quickly, and efficiently. Overall productivity has increased.
