"Solid Overall Experience"

What do you like best?

This gave us good tracking of calls coming in to the call center and which of our product lines recieved the most calls.

What do you dislike?

Would have been nice to be able to have it integrated in our desktop with pop up notifications. Not sure if that was a possibility, but it was not enabled on our team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows us to segment calls based on like products. We can divert calls on certain products to specific people so they can talk to an expert.
