Then VOIP phone will receive an ip from dhcp server. It will collaborate applications and services together for a better experience. **What do you dislike about Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution?** It is a bit cost burden for the organization as they need to get a licensed tool from cisco and also the only the cisco devices needs to be in the network for the communication. **What problems is Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** One place where we will collaborate all the services and applications by cisco. Quality of support we'll receive from cisco irrespective of the cost and also the quality of services. Good quality voice over the network even though there is minimal bandwidth at site. We have had a very easy time on boarding people when using this software and would love to still be using it!
