Everything is all in one spot which makes this so easy to use and why my team loves it so much! It's also very easy to learn and understand! I have had to teach all different age levels and backgrounds how to use Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution and many catch on within the first few days of using the software and messing around with the different things it has to offer. We have had a very easy time on boarding people when using this software and would love to still be using it! Unfortunately management decided to move some things around for us, but maybe one day we will be back with Cisco! \*fingers crossed\* I think everyone from my team would highly recommend Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution! Everything is all in one place which is why it's so easy to use versus opening up several different databases and softwares (also easy when it comes to updates since there's only this one). Everything seems to be more streamlined since we all are in one software and working mainly from there so we are all able to stay one the same page. We have had very few issues once starting to use this software and when others would learn about it they would always be thrilled with how easy everything was!
