This is a kind of collaboration platform for the VOIP devices of cisco where they'll get registered with their mac address and download the updated configuration of each model. It is a bit cost burden for the organization as they need to get a licensed tool from cisco and also the only the cisco devices needs to be in the network for the communication. One place where we will collaborate all the services and applications by cisco. Quality of support we'll receive from cisco irrespective of the cost and also the quality of services.
