"Hands down!! The BEST Contact Sync Solution"

What do you like best about CiraSync?

Easy to manage contact sync solution with a centralized dashboard and excellent customer service support.

It saves a lot of administration time by allowing you to choose the contacts folders you want to sync for specific user groups and setup automatic sync schedules at your preferred time. What do you dislike about CiraSync?

None so far. We are one of the first Cirasync customers, since we signed up with Cirasync, we only had 1 issue that was caused by O365 settings and the Cirasync support team helped us to resolve it in the next few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CiraSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

Company's contacts management includes employees' and clients' contacts. Ease of use, single management dashboard, avoiding error by updating contacts info from a single source to multiple smartphones, automating contacts assignment for new hires and removing terminated users. I see you are having some challenges around manually removing mailboxes that don't need contact or calendar sync, and I wanted to let you know we have added an option under "Auto License" to enable the option to remove the license and the synced data from users who are no longer part of the Group or Distribution List you use as your target.

"CiraSync - Best ever"

What do you like best about CiraSync?

One of the things I love about this program is how easy it is to use. With just a few clicks, I can sync all of my contacts across my phone, tablet, and laptop. And the best part is that the program works seamlessly in the background, so I don't even have to think about it.

But what really sets this program apart is its accuracy. I've tried other contact synchronization tools in the past, but none of them were as reliable as CiraSync. Whether I'm adding a new contact or updating an existing one, I can trust that the changes will be reflected on all of my devices within seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very helpful in returning features to Office 365"

What do you like best about CiraSync?

The ease in configuration. Just select the address books or calendars you want to cross sync, or one way sync, and click ok. You get daily summary emails so that you know everything is working, and immediate error emails if something has a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CiraSync?

That I had to go to a third party to return needed features to Office 365. Nothing against Cirasync, but having to give an outside company access to data just so that features used to exist is functional again is bothersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. You can choose to obfuscate your contact list details so the support team cannot view it unless you allow it when you need support.

2. You can choose the option to automatically purge the cache data after every sync.

What do you like best about CiraSync?

Cirasync makes synchronizing/updating the global address list easy and efficient. Updating our Active Directory immediately updates all of our users' mobile devices and gets the information consistent across all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No dislikes at the moment. Everything works as expected. We initially thought the cost was a little high but the benefit of having an up to date address list outweighs the costs of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A perfect tool for the job"

What do you like best about CiraSync?

Cora sync has an easy to use interface and allows us to have complete control of our contact syncing across all our corporate devices. Updates to contacts including new starters and departures are automatically pushed to all our phone contacts. New starters are automatically pre-populated with key contact information. What do you dislike about CiraSync?

We didn't find any issues with the setup or configuration of the product. The only caveat you need to handle is duplicate contacts appearing on phones as users have added their own prior to implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CiraSync?

The functionality is a life saver. The ability to have new people join the company and instantly have everyone's contact details synced to their adress book is essential. Ease of onboarding for users has to be the top of the list too. Rollout was fairly seemless and adding new users as we grow is fast and simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
