We can centrally manage that data, but it's readily usable to end users. Syncing the GAL to our users' mailbox contact lists enables us to push those contacts and make them available on end user devices, including phones. Sorry about the minimum CiraSync package of 10 users. It's a challenge to provide a high level of enterprise support and process orders for $1 per user per month. Our ideal customers are about 200 users and the pricing is designed around that market. You can purchase one off users through Microsoft App Source (URL below) We can refund one of your 10 packs and you could buy a single user through their dashboard and pay Microsoft directly for $2/month. Leave a support request from the CiraSync dashboard if you would like to use that option. Also, if you have a Microsoft partner that you work with, they can signup with us and sell you exactly 11 licenses per month. Our users love having always up to date company contacts synced to their phone, especially iMessage integration and caller ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CiraSync? Only one-way sync for contacts. People are unable to use it easily alongside personal contact details in order to add custom contact notes/fields. Not all our users are on it (maybe only about 60%) and there is a lot of confusion as to how it works. We would love to find out if there is a way to bypass Exchange ActiveSync altogether and have Cirasync work to push our entire Global Address List to each user's phone. We are also interested in finding a workaround to avoid having to use iCloud to sync personal contacts from the Outlook mobile app as it is a potential security concern (we are an iOS-only BYOD firm).
