What do you like best about Churnly?

What I like best about it is how incredibly easy it is to alerts us to at-risk customers, enabling proactive engagement, like track customer retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churnly?

It only supports Windows OS for desktop applications, which is super unfortunate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Churnly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I started using Churnly, I struggled with high customer churn, & having difficulty tracking customer behavior. I was spending too much time on manual processing.

How is it beneficial?

Saving me hours every week!!! I now have a much clearer understanding of customer behavior and can pinpoint areas where we’re losing clients or not engaging effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churnly?

Only compatible with Windows OS. This needs to be made operative over other OS as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Churnly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The churn risk associated with a customer is predicted with this software. This also provides the customer lifecycle. All the data from churnly can be integrated with CRM like HubSpot as well. By this the journey of customer with the business is defined clearly. If there is a churn risk, it also provides an array of strategies to retain them as well.
