As a restaurant owner who's been in business for over ten years, I had been using an old-fashioned restaurant computer system for most of that time. After a lot of hesitation, I finally made the switch to Chowbus’ modern POS system, and I have to say, it’s been a total game-changer. At first, I was worried that I might struggle with the new technology, especially using iPads since I’m not that tech-savvy. But honestly, the system is so simple and user-friendly, I had no issues at all.

With my old system, I had to remember different operation paths, like handling dine-in and takeout orders separately, and it was easy to make mistakes. Now, with Chowbus, everything is streamlined, and there’s no need to memorize complicated steps. It’s incredibly easy to learn, and even new staff pick it up without much training.
