**What do you like best about Chowbus POS?**

The online ordering setup is really flexible—we can easily create multiple menus. We have a weekday lunch special and a regular menu, and both work seamlessly. Setting up menu hours is also super convenient. Plus, we love the Chowbus loyalty program feature, and we're excited to explore more creative ways to use it in the future!

**What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?**

There's no KDS, so we're limited to using the kitchen printer, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

**What problems is Chowbus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chowbus offers a comprehensive set of features, and they’re always updating quickly to stay current. The online ordering system is highly customizable, which fits our needs perfectly. The loyalty program is also very user-friendly. The free membership option has helped us grow our member base, and we offer benefits like cash-back on recharges. In the future, we’re also planning to send marketing SMS to encourage our members to dine with us.

**What do you like best about Chowbus POS?**

Chowbus’s service has been exceptional. We’re a new restaurant, and from the moment we signed up, they helped us check our network setup to ensure full coverage once the store was ready. They even sent a team for on-site installation and training, staying for two to three days to make sure all our staff were comfortable using the system. For the online ordering website, we were able to work directly with a specialist to customize it. We’re really satisfied with the experience!

So far, so good—no complaints at all, it's ok

The onboarding process has been incredibly smooth. With so many things to manage when opening a new restaurant, I barely had to worry about the POS setup. Chowbus has a dedicated onboarding team and a clear step-by-step process. They never rushed the setup or cut corners just to get things up and running quickly.

**What do you like best about Chowbus POS?**

What I love most about Chowbus POS is the free website they offer for our restaurant. It makes it easier for customers to place online orders, and we've seen a noticeable increase in them. The site is beautifully designed, which helps with our branding, and we've also used it to share franchise info so other restaurant owners can easily get in touch with us.

**What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?**

One thing I wish Chowbus POS offered is the option for customers to pay in-store for online orders. Currently, there's a risk of disputes with online payments, so having the flexibility for offline payment would be a great addition.

Chowbus POS has solved several issues for us by offering a highly versatile system. The kiosks make in-store ordering for to-go customers a breeze, while online ordering simplifies managing
web orders. For call-in orders, the process is straightforward—just enter the phone number and start taking the order. This efficiency has streamlined our operations and reduced the need to schedule as much staff, saving us time and labor costs.

**What do you like best about Chowbus POS?**

As a restaurant owner who's been in business for over ten years, I had been using an old-fashioned restaurant computer system for most of that time. After a lot of hesitation, I finally made the switch to Chowbus’ modern POS system, and I have to say, it’s been a total game-changer. At first, I was worried that I might struggle with the new technology, especially using iPads since I’m not that tech-savvy. But honestly, the system is so simple and user-friendly, I had no issues at all.
With my old system, I had to remember different operation paths, like handling dine-in and takeout orders separately, and it was easy to make mistakes. Now, with Chowbus, everything is streamlined, and there’s no need to memorize complicated steps. It’s incredibly easy to learn, and even new staff pick it up without much training. It’s made running the restaurant so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?**

One thing I dislike about Chowbus POS is that the font size could be larger. The screen is smaller than what we used before, and sometimes I need to put on my glasses to see clearly.

**What problems is Chowbus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chowbus has provided us with a complete product solution. We do a lot of business with our nearby neighborhood, so we have a high volume of online and call-in orders, along with many regular customers. Chowbus helped us design a website for free, and now we can take orders directly from Google Maps. Handling call-in orders is much easier too—we don't have to manually input phone numbers, and we can leave notes for regulars and see their previous orders to help them order faster. In-store customers can place orders directly on the tablet and even sign up for memberships themselves to enjoy our member pricing. Everything has become so much more convenient, and it’s made my life easier, saving me a lot of work.

Chowbus has been a game-changer for our quick service restaurant, helping us speed up order processing and serve more customers efficiently. In quick service, faster operations mean higher profits, and Chowbus makes that possible with its easy-to-use features that keep everything running smoothly. It’s simple, effective, and perfect for helping us get orders out quickly!

Unfortunately, there’s no third-party delivery option with Chowbus. Since we’re a small shop without our own drivers, it means we can’t offer delivery for online orders.

Chowbus has really boosted the efficiency of our quick service restaurant. From kiosk orders in-store to online pickups and third-party delivery integration, everything helps speed up the process, increase efficiency, and reduce manual work. It’s been a huge help in keeping things running smoothly!

We really like Chowbus’s online ordering and delivery platform integration. The new version of the online ordering site looks better and is more user-friendly, making it easier for us to manage. Plus, it’s super convenient that it integrates with both major platforms like DoorDash and Chinese-focused ones like HungryPanda.

**What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?**

It would be great if the online ordering system allowed customers to sign up and log in as members, so the membership perks could be integrated.

**What problems is Chowbus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online ordering is super convenient, and a lot of our orders come from there. For delivery, orders from different platforms automatically go into the POS system, and with one click, they’re sent to the kitchen. In the restaurant, customers can place their orders just by scanning a QR code.

We love Chowbus, though the cost is a bit high for us—it’s absolutely worth it!

**What do you like best about Chowbus POS?**

QR code ordering is super convenient. Customers can just sit down and start ordering by scanning with their phones, so we don’t need to invest in extra hardware or spend on order-taking staff. Plus, Chowbus’s acrylic QR codes look great and are really durable.

**What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?**

Chowbus’s waitlist feature doesn’t give accurate wait time estimates, so we decided not to use it.

**What problems is Chowbus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QR code ordering is super convenient, both for customers to order and for us to update the menu in real-time. We can easily run promotions too, like lunch specials on bento boxes and happy hour drinks with a buy one, get one for $1 deal. Setting everything up is a breeze. Chowbus’s membership system is also really comprehensive, and we even offer gift cards to our customers.

The QR code digital menu along with the table side taking orders and payments is pretty convenient

They do not have kds screen, just kitchen printers

It is quite convenient and save our servers' lots of time, our servers can now focus on serving our customers better and win more tips. They also integrate with Google reservations for free

The delivery orders integration work perfectly. We are listed on almost 10 delivery platforms, previously we need to manually type delivery orders into the restaurant computer, but now everything runs so easily

We cannot set multiple menus on QR code ordering

The ipads allow us to take orders and payments right at the table, which saves us lots of time.

The waitlist is not so functional, we have to  use Yelp to take the waitlist
