I've been with my current company for 3 years, and we’ve been using Chargezoom even before I joined — so that’s over 3 years of trusted use by my boss and our team. Based on our experience, I can confidently say it’s one of the most user-friendly and reliable platforms out there for managing payments, tracking invoices, and handling bookkeeping.

One of the things I really appreciate is the dashboard interface — everything you need is in one place. Whether you're searching by invoice number or by the client's name, the system makes it fast and simple to find exactly what you're looking for.

For bookkeeping, Chargezoom has been a game-changer. Instead of switching to another platform to send follow-ups or payment reminders, you can do it directly within Chargezoom. Plus, it’s connected to your email, so any replies from clients go straight to your inbox, making communication seamless.

When it comes to payment processing, it’s incredibly fast. We’ve had no issues with delays, which is a huge plus when handling multiple transactions daily.

Another standout feature is their customer service. I once had a login issue and reached out via chat. I was impressed by how quick and efficient their response was — my request was handled right away and the issue was resolved in no time.

The only thing I don’t like about Chargezoom is that it can be a bit slow to load at times. That’s really the only downside I’ve experienced.

But honestly, that’s understandable — we store a lot of sensitive customer information, and what matters most is security. We’ve been using Chargezoom for over 3 years, and in all that time, we’ve never had any issues with data leaks or complaints from customers about their information.

When I decided to leave QuickBooks, I needed a program to use for invoicing. Someone I was dealing with recommended Chargezoom which I decided to use. In reviewing how they handled invoices, it met most of the criteria that I needed to do it successfully.

But as I use their program, I found a few inefficiencies that made my life more difficult. I began a dialogue with the customer service people to make it easier to use, and they listened. Previously, suggestions with another accounting program were ignored. With their software being accessed through your browser, it could not get any easier getting into your account and getting your invoice setup.

Even though I only use Chargezoom on a monthly basis It has taken a good deal of time for my suggestions on making improvements to make using their program easier, they still listen and in some cases make the suggested changes. The Most effective element is that when I invoice it is integrated into my actual accounting program, so the invoices are marked as paid and moved to the accounting program.

When I was first getting started with them, they were very good about quickly answering any questions I had as I attempted to implement their system and integrate it into mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The issues that I found least helpful about charging them, worthy issues that I recommended changes to make life easier. One of those suggestions was permitting me to click a button after completing one invoice to bring up a new blank invoice rather than having to go through multiple steps to take to do it.

It works seamlessly with Quickbooks Online. It is VERY easy to use. It gives customers the option to pay ACH or CC... with CC we have it setup that they incur the fees. This is difficult since they seem to keep improving whatever I thought was wrong. Their transaction report needs to 'always' have reference to the invoice number would be my response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ChargeZoom uniquely met our needs. In particular, our clients pay us on a recurring basis, either monthly, quarterly, or annually. The platform allows for automation of this process, and automatically pairs/posts the payment to the client's account. It eliminated countless hours pairing payments. Customer support was lacking at the onset, but the new system gets me in touch with an actual HUMAN in the USA who is ready and willing to assist. Bailey is outstanding in her role! On occasion, it limits the number of transactions in a day, which requires manual intervention. It does not send any notification that the issue needs to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we moved to Chargezoom from another payment terminal, there were a few bumps in the process because we do billing payments differently from most merchants, and there was a learning curve. Chargezoom’s dashboard made the integration so much easier. I was unsure about using the chat feature to contact customer support, but they are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable (shout out to Kirsten; she’s amazing!). Our needs are relatively simple, so we don't use all the features of Chargezoom's platform. However, I recommend them to anyone needing an online payment platform. Chargezoom syncs to Quickbooks which ensures that we can process invoices to clients immediately. The training required was very minimal and we had almost nothing to do to implement Chargezoom. Transactions are processing daily and we use it for every invoice. Customer Support continues to improve and have helped us resolve the few issues that have arisen. Chargezoom allows me to work through QuickBooks, then invoice through them with a surcharge on credit card payments. There is a nice integration between both companies. Customer support is very helpful and quick to get back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use two instances of Chargezoom linked to two Quickbooks accounts in two different countries. The software is designed well and processes payments without any problems. Chargezoom has been so great for our company, and saves us so much money. They are always so quick to respond when I have a question and make things so easy!
