Based on our experience, I can confidently say it’s one of the most user-friendly and reliable platforms out there for managing payments, tracking invoices, and handling bookkeeping. One of the things I really appreciate is the dashboard interface — everything you need is in one place. Whether you're searching by invoice number or by the client's name, the system makes it fast and simple to find exactly what you're looking for. For bookkeeping, Chargezoom has been a game-changer. Instead of switching to another platform to send follow-ups or payment reminders, you can do it directly within Chargezoom. Plus, it’s connected to your email, so any replies from clients go straight to your inbox, making communication seamless. When it comes to payment processing, it’s incredibly fast. We’ve had no issues with delays, which is a huge plus when handling multiple transactions daily. Another standout feature is their customer service. I once had a login issue and reached out via chat. I was impressed by how quick and efficient their response was — my request was handled right away and the issue was resolved in no time. That’s really the only downside I’ve experienced. But honestly, that’s understandable — we store a lot of sensitive customer information, and what matters most is security. We’ve been using Chargezoom for over 3 years, and in all that time, we’ve never had any issues with data leaks or complaints from customers about their information. So even with the occasional slow loading, we feel confident using Chargezoom because it’s safe, secure, and reliable. It continues to be a solid tool for managing our payments, invoicing, and bookkeeping. **What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chargezoom helps us manage invoicing, payment processing, and bookkeeping all in one place. Before, we had to use different platforms to send invoices, track payments, and follow up with customers. With Chargezoom, everything is centralized — we can search by invoice number or client name, send reminders directly from the dashboard, and even receive replies through our connected email. It’s also solving the challenge of secure data handling. Since we store sensitive customer information, it's important for us to use a platform we can trust — and after over 3 years of using Chargezoom, we’ve never experienced a data leak or complaint, which gives us peace of mind. Someone I was dealing with recommended Chargezoom which I decided to use. In reviewing how they handled invoices, it met most of the criteria that I needed to do it successfully. But as I use their program, I found a few inefficiencies that made my life more difficult. I began a dialogue with the customer service people to make it easier to use, and they listened. Previously, suggestions with another accounting program were ignored. With their software being accessed through your browser, it could not get any easier getting into your account and getting your invoice setup. Even though I only use Chargezoom on a monthly basis It has taken a good deal of time for my suggestions on making improvements to make using their program easier, they still listen and in some cases make the suggested changes. The Most effective element is that when I invoice it is integrated into my actual accounting program, so the invoices are marked as paid and moved to the accounting program. When I was first getting started with them, they were very good about quickly answering any questions I had as I attempted to implement their system and integrate it into mine. **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** The issues that I found least helpful about charging them, worthy issues that I recommended changes to make life easier. One of those suggestions was permitting me to click a button after completing one invoice to bring up a new blank invoice rather than having to go through multiple steps to take to do it. There are a few more of these types of issues that hopefully they are being addressed after I brought them up. **What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are considering many of the suggestions I have made based on my usage, with some having been put into practice and others still under consideration. As they continue to improve it will just make it easier for me to use their product and create a more loyal client. ### 3. It is VERY easy to use. It gives customers the option to pay ACH or CC... with CC we have it setup that they incur the fees. Of course, we also still accept checks. Customer service has been very helpful when I have had issues. **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** This is difficult since they seem to keep improving whatever I thought was wrong. Their transaction report needs to 'always' have reference to the invoice number would be my response. **What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** SIMPLE to see who still hasn't paid and quickly send them a reminder. I found the program when we realized so many companies really didn't care if they paid us directly (ACH/checks) or via CC. We didn't want to incur those fees which seem to be born out of people wanting to earn points on their cards. ### 4. In particular, our clients pay us on a recurring basis, either monthly, quarterly, or annually. The platform allows for automation of this process, and automatically pairs/posts the payment to the client's account. It eliminated countless hours pairing payments. Customer support was lacking at the onset, but the new system gets me in touch with an actual HUMAN in the USA who is ready and willing to assist. Bailey is outstanding in her role! **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** On occasion, it limits the number of transactions in a day, which requires manual intervention. It does not send any notification that the issue needs to be resolved. **What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** They resolve any issues we have (and we've had VERY FEW) in a timely manner. Chargezoom’s dashboard made the integration so much easier. I was unsure about using the chat feature to contact customer support, but they are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable (shout out to Kirsten; she’s amazing!). **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** Our needs are relatively simple, so we don't use all the features of Chargezoom's platform. However, I recommend them to anyone needing an online payment platform. The training required was very minimal and we had almost nothing to do to implement Chargezoom. Transactions are processing daily and we use it for every invoice. Customer Support continues to improve and have helped us resolve the few issues that have arisen. **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** It would be helpful if there was instant notification via email if a transaction is declined. **What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Chargezoom we did not charge for processing credit cards. Our staff would manually process the card if a transaction was required. Now we receive the surcharge we had been paying which can accrue to a large amount monthly. Additionally, our staff saves time with the client entering their own payment information. ### 7. When we've had to reach out, the customer service has responded and resolved our issues in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. **What do you dislike about Chargezoom?** There have been some hiccups with integrating with Quickbooks, which I mostly attribute to Intuit endlessly updating their backend.
