The best part about using Causeview is that it is customizable to my organizations needs.

The part I would suggest improvement for Causeview is the support for bugs and errors in the system.

Make sure you don't need an instant turnaround on support 24/7 for you orgs needs 

**What problems is Causeview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using causeview to help raise money for my non-profit org. The benefits are having all customer info in one place and easily accessible.
