&lt;p&gt;Access still makes a lot of sense when the real goal is adding structure to a familiar Excel-heavy workflow without jumping straight to a full database stack. The combination of forms, validation, and reporting can give operations teams much better control over shared records. For teams already deep in Microsoft 365, that familiarity is a meaningful advantage too.&lt;/p&gt;
