DonorPerfect is easy to learn and navigate. I really appreciate the online chat tool, and the knowledgeable sales team has been helpful when I’ve had questions. The price feels right, too.

Easy Donor Management and Reporting, with Some Year-End Hurdles

I find DonorPerfect easy to use, hands down. The navigation is simple and self-explanatory, and the reports make it simple to see everything. They simplify our reporting and target areas, and do the work for us. The support resources and links are simple to access with one click, and I can call and talk to someone in support, which is refreshing. I like how it helps me look at our target areas and forecasting so I can better serve people giving at certain levels. The whole package works great for us. I can track gifts and link them to a project, program, or campaign, then pull a report just for that campaign. That puts my mind at ease and helps me budget using historical data. The initial setup was extremely easy.
