Our team has been using CANDDi software for a couple of months now, and we are very happy with the service. It offers a great set of features to identify visitors to our website, whether by company or by fully identifying the individual. The Marketing and Sales teams are particularly pleased with these capabilities.
It was also very easy to set up and to train new employees to use it, which we appreciate. Additionally, the support has always been top-notch, and we think the quality-to-price ratio is brilliant. We had a blog post recently that went viral and exceeded our expectations in the surge of traffic that our blog received. Canddi was loading a bit slow during that week, but I'm not surprised, nobody in our team expected that kind of traffic on our blog anyway.
