
The best thing about this software I think is how user-friendly this is, and how it has managed to enhance the way we communicate with our customers. Through the CallXon the company has been able to cope up with all the Inbound and outbound calls made by the customer hence being able to satisfy most of our customers. What I have always had issues with is the fact that there are occasional technical disparities that affect the quality of calls on the platform. But I want to note that CallXon support team solves all issues that we have and this has become useful in ensuring we carry on with our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
