**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

We had been having A/R issues since day one. We had been trying to do things manually but where we often fell down was at the follow-up stage. Now that we've switched to using Kolleno AI to automatically follow up with our clients, what seems to be making a real difference is the consistency. I know the days that Kolleno emails went out because I see the payments come in! Getting Kolleno has resulted in significantly quicker overall A/R time and improved our cash flow significantly.

Every step with Kolleno has been collaborative and joyful! Within our first 10 days we have collected six figures more than what we were doing prior to using Kolleno. I highly recommend partnering with them!

That we have not used them in our other partner companies yet...no dislikes.

The customer service we have received has been extraordinary. The system itself is customizable and easy to use. It has revolutionized how we handle our AR.

Really nothing to dislike. I think the reporting suite could be more robust and customizable but it sounds like they are working on this.

We had a manual AR process using spreadsheets to track our receivables. Kolleno is allowing freeing us up to be more strategic in our approach to collections.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Since implementing Kolleno our payment process has been transformed. The automation and real-time updates have drastically reduced manual tasks, and we’re collecting payments faster than ever. Our customers appreciate the easy payment updates, and our team loves how seamlessly everything syncs with our ERP.

There is nothing we disliked.
The kolleno team is super open for improvement points and always helped us out with questions.

We are better in sending structured reminder communications to our customers which leads to improved cash collection.
Also with the Customer Portal the customer can see their invoices and payment methods and pay from the Portal.
We are able to send reminders on customer level and not invoice level. 
Integrations with Go Cardless and Adyen is seemless.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Kolleno has made it much easier for us to handle the payments conversations without damaging our relationships with big corporate partners. The platform’s automated payment reminders are customizable, so we have segregated our partners into different portfolios, allowing us to adjust a tone of voice and strategy per each one. Now that all of our communications is automated, we only need to respond to incoming replies. There are also no more manual erros, and we never find ourselves in a situation where a wrong invoice was sent to a wrong client!

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

The initial setup to get the reminders perfectly tailored to each client took some tweaking. But once we got it right, it’s been a smooth process and has worked exactly as we hoped.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kolleno has helped us maintain good relationships with our corporate clients while ensuring invoices get paid on time. We had a lot of overdue payments from companies sending their employees for language training, but we didn’t want to strain those partnerships by chasing payments too aggressively. Now, with Kolleno’s automated and personalized reminders, most clients pay on time without us having to get involved directly. It’s made our payment collection much more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Kolleno has made it incredibly easy for us to simplify payments to our clients. Setting up autopayments has been a game-changer as it gives our clients one less thing to worry about.

Thanks to Kolleno’s direct integration with our ERP and accounting software, we monitor each client's payment status in real-time is very convenient - we can instantly see who’s on track and who might need a reminder.

The only minor issue we’ve encountered is that it took some time to fully customize the automated workflows to fit our exact needs. However, once set up, the system runs smoothly and reliably.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kolleno has really helped us automate our payment management and improve our credit control process. The automated workflows take care of late payment triggers and notify our credit controllers when action is needed. This has not only improved our sla time  but also reduced the stress of manually tracking and chasing payments.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Kolleno's task management dashboard has made it much easier for us to deal with daily tasks! The platform autogenerates the tasks triggered by our own custom workflows that we set up during the onboarding. It also assigns the task to the relevant team member, so everyone gets an overview view of what is happening for each clients payment, who is on top of it and ensure nothing gets forgotten.

We've asked for more filters to be applied to the tasks view, and we know that the team is working on it! Nothing that we do not like, the team is very receptive to product feedback.

There are many steps in our credit policy that we need to ensure our team is following - hence a lot of tasks to go through per each clients account. Kolleno helped us to make sense out of overwhelming daily activities and made it much easier to complete them.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

The new Kolleno GPT AI chat is very impressive! I used this AI chatbot to diagnose a collection workflow problem, and it explained to me reasons for why one of the copmanies didn’t enroll. This new update is saving our team a lot of time on building and troubleshooting the automation. It really does empower us to optimize collection workflows faster, and the monitoring of their performance got so much easier after the new dashboard release. The system runs like clockwork and the integrations are working well - so nothing to dislike. Data flows perfectly between the systems, which makes it a very smooth process to manage.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

The new update Kolleno pushed solved most of our requests we had. Appreciate the efforts of product and customer success teams.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying on top of the receivables collections and supplying our clients with payment links - its so convenient that now we don’t need to call them and take the payment via the phone - with Kolleno we have a white-labeled payment portal for each of the clients where they can view all the outstanding invoices and pay via the method they prefer.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Kollno significantly simplified our receivables management by bringing together all the customer information, communications, and payments into a single platform. The customer success team is always avialable, very quick on sla and receptive to the new feature suggestions, for example the update on dashboard to incorporate ageing reports report to showcase clients contacted and not contaced within each bracket. We look forward to future product updates and upcoming release of AI Copilot in late 2024.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

Reporting could have a few more preset reports available for immediate download. However, we were able to build those out together with Kolleno's customer success to be downloaded directly from the back end system.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of different systems that are involved in the receivables collections processes. We needed one single solution to bring it all together, but also allows us to manage the whole process from one space. Since we have limited resources, we also needed a solution to empower 1 persont to do things at scale. Kolleno's automation was perfect for this purpose.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Since implementing Kolleno, we’ve seen a 37% improvement in our DSO which had a significant impact on our cash flow. It has become much easier to stay on top of our payments from different global subsidiaries with the task manager - its particularly useful how we can assign client portfolios of different locations to different credit controllers that cover each specific region. Kolleno keeps everyone in our team on the same page, and makes collaboration internationally much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

We needed a bit of custom integration solution, so it took a bit of time. However, there is nothing that we dislike about the product, its really tailored for the receivables management purpose.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kolleno has helped us reduce payment delays and optimize our collections process. The automated workflows and task manager made it much easier for our international teams to stay aligned, and improved diligence in our payments follow up that has improved our DSO.

Love how I no longer need to build the reports in spreadsheets - it was taking up just too much of my time to update and maintain the reports. Kolleno provides with pre-built reports that you can just export based on your data and share with your team. Its very convenient for us, as it has exactly the reports that we usually use for understanding our receivables status: overview of ageing balance, average days late evolution, collection cohorts overview and others.

Wish I could have some of these reports as a part of the main dashboard, but i believe the team is launching the new dashboard in September - looking forward to it!

Efficient management of our accounts receivable processes. The platform allowed us to automate most of it, and its much easier to monitor the progress with all these reports automatically built for us

We loved how the product allowed us to build out workflows to specifically notify us about the chargebacks or payment failures. It is essential for our business operations to ensure that the team can act promptly on any failed payments and investigate the issues. Thanks to Kolleno we don’t miss a thing anymore. And overall - the product is very easy and pleasant to use.

Using Kolleno has significantly simplified for us the process of payments reconcilaition. Its especially convenient that when customers complete the payment via Kolleno payment portal, it gets autoapplied into our quickbooks system. For the payments that are runnign late, love how we no longer need to chase them but can just set up a collections a collections workflow. Love the new Kolleno 2.0 update that made the platform much more user and many features additions!

Kolleno has been a fantastic solution for managing our tuition fee collections. The software helps us stay on top of each student's payment status, ensuring all invoices are properly followed up on, even internationally. We appreciate how now we are certain that our students receive accurate billing regardless of where they are in the world. The payments portal is especially useful for handling and reconciling international payments, simplifying what used to be a complex process.

Kolleno has made it much easier for us to manage international tuition payments. The platform automates our follow-up processes and ensures our invoices are sent correctly in the right currency. The customer portal allows our clients to download their own statements, saving us time from sending them account balances manually. They can see all the outstanding invoices, and also complete the payment they wish directly in the portal. For businesses operating in different countries, it will also show everything in their local currency. It simplified the process of receiving payments for us as its now much easier for our clients

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

The only downside is that some features, like setting up autopayments, took a bit of time to figure out. But once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing.

On top of making our accounts receivable processes more transparent and easier to deal with, Kolleno has helped us to speed up our payments by introducing more payment methods to our clients.

We’ve partnered with Kolleno in the early days of the company aiming to scale and improve our payment collection strategies. Simple automation did wonders for speeding up our payment collections, as most of the times our clients just needed a kind reminder to complete the payment. Its been great to watch Kolleno’s product evolve from cash collections to a comprehensive financial operations platform. Now there are additional product features that help us streamline our financial processes: more sophisticated workflows, customer dashboard, reporting and reconciliation, as well as additional integrations, such as Kolleno's connection to our Xero account.

We turned to Kolleno’s accounts receivable management solution to improve our payment collection success. Since implementing Kolleno, not only have we experienced a decrease in overdue payments from clients, but the time we invest in managing receivables has also significantly diminished. The payment reconciliation with Xero allowed us to save so much time on manual transactions matching -  the product shows automatically the reccomended invoice to match a transaction with, or if the payment from a client was done via a customer portal - it gets autoapplied. Before Kolleno, manual reconciliation was taking a lot of my time, but now its very easy

On top of solving our general receivables management efficiency, we now have also improved our customer relationship. Before efficient reconciliation, we'd quite often have awkward conversations with our clients where they have already paid, but it just was not reconciled in our books. **What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Kolleno stood out to us with it’s very easy to navigate product design. The platform is very intuitive and i love how we can have information viewed at customer and invoice levels, as well as activating chasing activities on both of these too. On top of this, it is very useful to have that invoice status tag for us - as we can easily track any disputes or promises to pay from our clients.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

Its a minor detail, but i wish the invoice page was more customizable - adding ability to move/add/ remove the columns to our table view.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying on top of our payments - sending out invoice reminders, follow ups and tracking our cash position in real life. We lacked visibility into aging balance and actions taken on the late payments, but with Kolleno the process is streamlined and I can get any information I need from the dashboard.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

It was very fast to see actual results from the platform - our overdue balance has been reduced significantly within the first 3 months. The aging balance has also improved and we observe less clients fall through to the 60-90 arrears. Reports available within the platform are quite comprehensive, but we also appreciate how we can always request the customer support to pull reports specific to our needs and they can help us out with the data requests.

The product is great, but if we could have more customizability for the main dashboard widgets for different team members or different business locations, that'd be amazing

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our credit control department was looking for a solution to automate the collections processes and find a better, faster way to pull reporting for management team. The way Kolleno integrates with NetSuite allowed us to achieve both, as all the data has been pulled through and gets updated live in both systems.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

The platform was very easy to integrate with our existing systems, and the training sessions were extremely helpful in setting up automation to fit our credit control processes. Love how the customer support is always reactive and responsive to any questions that we have.  We saw much faster payments thanks to the customer payment portal, that provides our customers with a transparent view into their outstanding invoices and overall account balance.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

Nothing, the platform works well. Though would be great to have some more of online webinars /sessions on the best practices to use the product - would be great to see how other businesses operate in the platform.

Making sure our credit control team is on top of accounts receivable management. The automation part has solved most of it, now we only deal with the incoming client inquiries and make sure to complete the daily tasks reccommended by the platform

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Integrating Kolleno into our existing systems and tools was very straightforward. It required almost 0 engineernig support, as it provides direct, live integration with our ERP system - we only had to make sure all the custom fields are connected correctly and naming conventions match. It was one of the best tools adoption experiences we've had. The finance team loves how much easier it made their daily job - it more pleasant for them to operate from one system to track all the payments.

Kolleno has improved coordination between our credit & collection and legal specialists. The platform made it much easier for our credit & collections teams to prioritize their chasing activities and meet SLA requirements, which we have observed in the improved collected amounts on the weekly basis. For legal team, whenever there is a dispute or a bad debt that needs to be escalated, having access to the platform and being able to see the whole history of communication has been a game changer. Its also very convenient for me to be able to log in and export a report with all the bad debtors, disputes and the reasons behind them.

Kolleno is relatively new on the market compared to other players, but we were positively surprised with how powerful the platform actually is to handle our business processes, and the customer support is on top of everything. So can’t say there is anything we dislike.

We were looking for a solution that would help our credit and collections team to manage customer accounts receivable and cash reconciliation activities more efficiently and with higher accuracy. We mostly use Kolleno to stay on top of our payments and making sure all the invoices are getting followed up on. Whilst my team is ensuring all the background job is getting done through the automated workflows, I appreciate how i can get instant overview of the payment statuses and company’s aging balance through the main dashboard or Kolleno’s mobile app. It is also very convenient how the platform supports multiple currencies.

The mobile application at the moment only allows to read information, it would be great If I could also use it to leave notes / assign tasks to my team.

We appreciate Kolleno's highly flexible collection workflows and the extensive customization options in communication templates. The emotional nature of our services mean that financial conversations with clients needed a delicate approach, and yet, late payments were becoming an operational challenge. Furthermore, balancing the intricacies of different funeral practices means our invoicing structures are often unique and diverse. Since Kolleno implementation we have seen noticeable improvements in the debts collected. Loved it how we could monitor the payments progress across different monthly cohorts - with Kolleno reports its very easy to see what % of debt outstanding in February is still outstanding or either has been paid. It was great seeing this % number going over time, as our credit control team became more efficient with using Kolleno for their daily tasks.

I wish the dashboard was more customizable, and each user were able to decide for himself what graphs, reports and metrics they want to see on the daily basis.

Kolleno offers the ability to chase a large amount of debt with completely customisable parameters without it looking like any other automated email. This allows the team to focus on debt that requires more attention and provide daily tasks and reminders to effecitvely manage large debtor books. The customers support we have received right from implementation has been amazing, Adonis our account manager offers useful insight into best practice and works out the best solution based on our business which integrates with Xero seemlessly.

Nothing that isn't user familiarity with the system that causes the issue.

Credit control previously was managed thorugh excel sheets, reviewing the debtors on Xero getting a top down view of debt and actions taken against these was a time consuming process and often debt wouldn't be chased due to breakdown in communications. Visibility on the actions was held on an individauls emails so getting a view of previous communications was difficult. Now everyone has access to the same chasing feed, anyone can step in and manage debt and as a director of the business I can get a high level summary easily whilst ensuring that tasks are being completed in line with the workflows that I have built with the team at Kolleno.

Payment reconciliation feature within Kolleno has impressed us with its live, real-time bank feeds. It has significanlty improved the accuracy of our payments reconciliation and tracking payments statuses, as we can tell instantly whether the payment is within our bank account or yet to be received / applied. There is a separate tasks feed for reconciling payments which made the process for our finance team members much more straightforwrad.

The task manager and tasks collaboration feature. It makes the job much more enjoyable when you log in to the platform, see clearly all the things that need your reaction and just work through these without having to worry that you are missing out on something. Having multiple users and task collaboration enabled allows us a very smooth transition to get different team members involved when the client context requires that. Also implementing Kolleno into our existing accounts receivables management has been very quick and smooth, and the team members picked up very fast on how to use the platform.

I wish we were able to customize the main dashboard view for each user differently, as some of us would love to see different key reports and stats.

Bringing efficiency into financial operations of our business. We value efficiency and innovation, and love how Kolleno has transformed our finance back office work. Recent integration with GoCardless, as its allowed us to set up all of our recurring business clients on direct debit.  We were then able to build workflows that get triggered in case of the failed direct debit from a client and assigns task to our team to get in touch with the client, using a specific email template or phone script. Overall Kolleno made it accounts receivable and recurring payments management much easier for our team. As a business owner, I constantly use the platform to get overview of where do we stand with each client payments and whether the team is on top of the follow ups.

I am in love with the latest update of workflow feature in the Kolleno platform! Its much easier now to build them out as the drag and drop functionality is available. I can customize and build out workflows based on almost any invoice / client variable i want, e.g. tasks or communications to be triggered on the client level or invoice level, specific invoice amount / due date / days from clients last response and many more. 

It was also super valuable for us to have the customer support always available for us to help crafting the optimal workflows and adjusting the wording in emails for different age of overdue payments.

The platform made it very easy for us to scale communications with our clients. We can send out bulk emails that are personalised to each of the clients and feel human, and with workflows we can program all the actions and tasks that have to be done to stay on top of our receivables. We have used different marketing software that are very powerful at building out different workflows and customized communications for different contexts, and I’d love to say that Kolleno feels exactly like this, but tailored for finance ops and receivables management - as powerful and easy to use.

The reporting feature could be more customizable. I’d love to have my own report builder inside the platform.

Payments reconciliation! Now that this part of our financial processes is automated, Its still hard for me to believe that we used to reconcile each payment manually and spend so much time on this. Another thing that we love about Kolleno is its pleasant user experience. Unlike some other products on the market, the platform’s UI is very intuitive, feels smooth and modern. That makes mundane tasks actually pleasant.

As a business owner, I love how Kolleno is not just a financial process automation platform for my finance team to stay on top of payments and daily processes,  but also a great client relationship management tool.  It was very straightforward to get everyone in the business to adopt the software and start making use of  all the features straight away from implementation. We use it across all teams as a CRM for financial communications and whenever there is a new development in our clients sales or deals context, I can be sure that everyone can see that in Kolleno’s notes /  payments / communications log and stay on the same page.  The custom reports are also a great time saver for me whenever I want to get instant visibility in where do we stand in terms of payments, cash, revenues this month and as I travel often for the content creation for my media business  - its very convenient to have this information available via mobile application.

The mobile app functionality is  very basic at the moment, which does the job - however would be great to extend it a bit more, ie rather than just viewing data would be cool to add functionality to  also generate tasks/make quick adjustments to workflows

As a media business its common for us to be sending out reminders for the advertisers to pay, and the tricky part is getting at advertisers negotiating their quote or requesting additional placements to be added to their invoice. Thus our invoices get changed quite often and the finance team struggled to stay on top of which invoice has the latest and correct quote, often leading to confusion between teams and clients and quite a few wrong invoices being chased on. 

Kolleno helped us solve it by having all the data dynamically updated and whenever the finance team member chases up the clietn from the inside the platform, I as a business owner can be certain that the person is using the most up to date information and invoices for its conversation with clients. I also hear from my team that their daily job got much easier to perform - they make an extensive use of the daily task manager and love how all the platforms are connected in one.

We use Kolleno for managing all the receivables and payments from our clients, who are health institutions and pharmacies. There are a few nuances that we wanted to incorporate into our receivables workflows and it was importatn to have an ability to enable different team members accesses to different acounts. So it was particularly useful to have the high level of customisation when it comes to setting up your processes within Kolleno software, and appreciate the quick response times from Kolleno customer support team to assist us with any settings. Also the gocardless  integration was particularly useful for us, since we could easily set up the direct debit for our saas subscription clients.

There is nothing we dislike, the plaftorm fits our needs exactly as we want. Sometimes there is minor feedback re little gaps on the custom reporting side, but its always acted on promptly by Kolleno team.

I loved it how with Kolleno there is no more need for me to check dozens of different excel files to stay on top of the payments from our clients. Its very easy and makes it much simpler to operate when you can see all the outstanding receivables in one place, but also action on them and set up customizable payment reminders to each client, and in addition to that, share with each client a custom payment link thus making it very quick and easy for them to close off an outstanidng payment. This way, Kolleno indeed closes up the full invoice-to-cash cycle for us.

The implementation was very quick and straightforward thanks to the customer support provided and an existing  intergration with Xero.

Nothing really comes to mind, may be just more flexibility around the worklfows and allowing more of the drag and drop functionality when it comes to setting up steps,  ie making user experience for these smoother

We have global operations and ability to serve clients in a variety of currencies is crucial for us, and we loved how Kolleno platform was able to support this. We can easily view all the incoming client fees in respective currencies to each of their invoice and are also able to build reports based on each currency we operate in. Kolleno's customer success team is amazing, if we have any questions on building out a particular report, they are very quick on responses. 

For us the platform is more than just managing clients payments and receivables, - its a tool to get all the team members on the same page by giving ease of access to information at any point of time. With Kolleno not only our financial processes become efficient, but our team as well.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

Would love to see the customer payment portal available in multiple languages, ie when we send the payment link to french speaking clients, it would be great if they could view the payment portal in French.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for the basic automation of our accounts receivable processes, saving lots of time on the back and forth communication and payment reminders. We also see great value in making it easier for our clients to make payments. The payment portal allows us to provide our clients with transparency into our fees, whats their balance and accounts statements, and whats amazing for them they can act on it directly from the portal and pay with a preferred method.

**What do you like best about Kolleno?**

Customer team has been very responsive and supportive, even past the onboarding period - they continued to provide ongoing assistance whenever needed. Whether it was troubleshooting technical issues or offering guidance on optimizing our workflow, they were always quick to respond and eager to help. They helped us to utliize the system to its fullest potential and enhance our business processes.

**What do you dislike about Kolleno?**

Nothing that relates to the product, but would be great to have more resources to learn about new capabilities.

**What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Kolleno system to build a successful credit control process to reduce overdue balance and ensure payments are collected on time. The goal was to save time to our finance team on manual email communications and allow them to focus on bigger tasks. We were also interested in Kolleno reports to gain live visibility into our receivables.
