What do you like best about CallHippo?

Acquiring a number anywhere in the world is fast, easy, and with naming conventions, I can manage many numbers at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallHippo?

I don't understand why the prices vary from day to day, from state to state. I can't find any documentation that explains that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallHippo?

Their ability to port my telephone number in a relatively short period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallHippo?

- Anyone calling me couldn't get through on the first attempt - Every time. If they called a second time within a minute or so, they could get through.

- Their call quality is very poor.

- If I wanted to use hands free for the call, I had to wait for the call to connect, then activate the hands free option.

- Their calling plan cost is higher than most other VOIP providers.

- To add SMS to my plan, their charge was in excess of $20/month.

- Their technical support team broke multiple promises over several months that they were working on my problem and would have it corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallHippo solving and how is that benefiting you?

CallHippo advertises and promises to provide crystal clear calling and a high level of connectivity. In practicality, none of their advertised features worked for me.

I prepaid for one year of service, and after approximately 5 months, I wanted to cancel my service and obtain a refund. They wouldn't entertain a refund and only offered to extend my service by several months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
