The enterprise caveat that matters here: Submit.com&#39;s no-code configuration works cleanly for program managers, but granular permissions across many stakeholder groups at enterprise scale is a different configuration challenge than a mid-market rollout. First-cycle value is the right measure, not go-live speed.
