I like that full-time VAs earn paid tome off and other perks. The back-office for tracking time cards, paying bonuses, reviewing team details. etc., is easy to use and valuable. **What do you dislike about Bruntwork?** I’m in my first month of training my VA in marketing, course design, and social media, and there’s a steep learning curve as she gets to know my business so she can represent me and my goals well. Like any other employee, you have to invest time in a new VA, but I have no doubt it will pay off. So far, I don’t dislike anything about BruntWork. That said, I do wish they provided a hiring and onboarding planning document (similar to a tax prep document) that lays out activities and practical tips that are otherwise spread across various videos and presentation decks. I ended up creating my own, but it took time.
