We recruit, train, and manage top-tier talent in the Philippines, Colombia, Kenya, and Serbia across customer support, sales, marketing, back-office, finance, and specialist roles. Clients choose full-time or part-time agents (10–40 hours/week) on flexible, month-to-month terms; we handle HR, payroll, security, and performance so you stay laser-focused on growth. Why BruntWork: Speed to launch – start in as little as seven days with talent sourced from our 700 k-strong applicant pool. Quality & accountability – 3-step vetting, AI-powered QA, and dedicated Client Success Managers keep KPIs on track.
