What do you like best about Bruntwork?

After conducting my due diligence, I selected BruntWork to provide our staffing needs. My only concern at first was the time difference. What do you like best about Bruntwork?

What do you dislike about Bruntwork?

Their portal and timekeeping issues that are not related to our VA clocking inappropriately, but are inherent in their system. We haven't had a payroll yet without having to raise an issue with the software bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a cheaper platform than others, but you do all of the work/cost in monitoring productivity and compliance. There are other platforms that are full-service, but also cost more. What problems is Bruntwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accounts receivable and insurance verification/authorizations need constant care and attention. We tackle it in many ways. Our Bruntwork worker, Delia, does an excellent job of learning and applying the guides we give her for providing the service/support we need.
