Like talking to someone standing right next to me. In addition for the cost, you get eSignature which I use everyday (saves $400 over docusign) which pays for the service by itself. You get every feature that you find with the big carriers at a fraction of the cost. When I need support, I talk to someone in the US that takes care of my request right then and there. They have a lot of features like marketing, integrations into CRM systems for screen pops... I would recommend them to any other insurance agency looking to scale at fair prices and add-on features (esign, faxing, texting, conference calling, desktop sharing like zoom with no time limits, visual voicemail, chat for your website, call recording/download, full call center monitoring of lines/queues, full IVR...) all included for the one very affordable price. When I saw what the competition was charging me, I am so glad another agent referred me to Bridge.

Bridge Insure is a solid VOIP system that integrates with AMS360 and AgencyZoom, which makes it easier to tie communication into our workflow.
