From the first day we signed up, they have always been responsive and helpful when needing assistance. **What do you dislike about Brandlive?** The user interface (for broadcasters) has never been perfect. They leveraged a 3rd party software for broadcasting while they worked on their own. Once they released theirs, it lacked many features needed for our broadcasts. **Recommendations to others considering Brandlive:** If you are considering a PC, do not. Go with a Mac. I will never make that mistake (or listen to my IT department) again! :) **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to archive videos and have resources associated with those events. ### 2. The folders we can create. Sharing this content with our business partners. **What do you dislike about Brandlive?** I think there should be a middle of the road alternative to Green Room. $10k is fair for a larger event for sure but we could also do several smaller events where there is an audience of 6-12 people where we would not need as much assistance from BL. The number of engagements is typically fairly low. When business is good you cannot get anyone to get on here to train. **Recommendations to others considering Brandlive:** With the ability to train and host virtual meetings this tool has value. **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training without boots on the ground. Also with everything virtual this platform was a saving grace for us. ### 3. Trish is very helpful and accommodating and has made changes with code to help with my requests. **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to reach a greater number of retail sales staff in short period of time. We've created a Hub to host all of our past events / shows, which makes it easy to share our content with new starters and direct staff to for refresher training. ### 4. Widgets and toolkit downloads features are easy to build and include. The Back of the show is exactly as a TV production so fully in control and the team is very supportive **What do you dislike about Brandlive?** Sometimes the bitrate failed and the streaming was not HD, while for the most of the show everything was ok. Some features weren't fully implemented and not usable. **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not being able to meet people in person - organizing a virtual sales meeting. It's all recordable so easy to share, if you start building your database creating an event is becoming easier and easier time after time ### 5. I don't hear from my rep as much as I once did. **Recommendations to others considering Brandlive:** Use the platform to think outside the box and connect with audiences in new ways. **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Broadcasting webcasts to customers via BrandLive and social platforms. Also using it for internal meetings and all-hands. ### 6. We actually pivoted to almost 100% pre-recorded content to avoid these challenges. However, there are so many more platforms that offer this same functionality, it will frankly be a challenge for us to continue to use Brandlive at its current price tag (and with continued challenges). **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to communicate with employees around the world and track attendance and visibility. ### 7. Why not call the library the event home page? Make it simpler terms. **What problems is Brandlive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved the problem with having large meetings during the pandemic. We have benefited financially by having our meetings this way. ### 8.
