I like the fact that this is a web based service, not a server based. It's been able to make our operations much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that there are different numbers for every process of an order. For instance Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Shipping numbers are all different for one order. This can cause confusion to our end users when seeing multiple numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
