What do you like best about Bowimi?

What do you like best about Bowimi?

What I like most about Bowimi is how it supports my day-to-day operations on the ground. It allows me to plan efficient delivery and sales routes when visiting my corner shops, which saves time and increases productivity. I can also track my sales data clearly, giving me visibility on weekly and monthly performance so I can understand how the business is doing in real time.

On top of that, the survey feature is very useful as it lets me capture key in-store insights such as pricing, sell-through, and whether shops have POS materials like posters or stickers. What do you dislike about Bowimi?

At the moment there are no major downsides from my experience. If anything, I think there is still room to expand certain features, such as deeper analytics or more automation around reporting and route optimisation as the business scales. What do you like best about Bowimi?

I find Bowimi great for being adaptable to our needs and pretty easy to use in general. The customer support is generally pretty good as well. We've been trying to amend the system to make it more useful, which has been quite successful, with Ian being helpful. It's great to have semi-regular calls with Ian to work through exactly what we need, and things are actioned in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Bowimi?

Sometimes the users say that they don't enjoy the interface and how the data gets added. So there's a usability issue. And then also the customer experience or the user experience is sometimes a bit clunky in certain ways. With lots of pages to scroll up through when you want to make changes. Or the insights dashboard, just getting full of information that is no longer relevant to what you're doing. What do you like best about Bowimi?

I like that Bowimi is made by drinks people who understand the industry, which makes it very intuitive for what we need. The initial setup was really easy, and the team was incredibly helpful, making the process pretty seamless. I also appreciate Bowimi because whenever we've had a problem, we're able to speak directly to them to rectify it, and they take our feedback on board, making it feel like a partnership. What do you dislike about Bowimi?

What do you like best about Bowimi?

I really find Bowimi to be a fantastic field sales tool for myself and the sales team at Days Brewing. It's great because it allows us to map out routes, carry out calls in outlets, and then review data, which saves time for myself and the rest of the sales team. I also appreciate how Bowimi cuts out time-wasting activities that I used to deal with, like mapping on Excel spreadsheets. Having a visual and easy-to-navigate map makes route planning so much quicker. I love how interactive the platform is, with everything right at my fingertips. The cross-device functionality is superb, as I can work on both laptop and phone, completing surveys on my mobile and continuing tasks back at the office. What do you like best about Bowimi?

I really like how Bowimi integrates seamlessly with Google Maps, making it easy to just follow the routes as they are optimized for me. It's a huge time saver for route planning, as it optimizes the routes based on the mode of transport I'm taking. I can easily navigate from one place to another with just a click. Another thing I love is the ability to look back at past visits, so I always know what has been done. The team has been incredibly helpful in walking us through everything during the setup and optimizing the app for our needs, answering any questions we might have had. What do you like best about Bowimi?

I like that Bowimi is very user-friendly. It's easy to make changes and navigate around without any complications. If something needs to be changed that I can't do myself, Christina is always there to help. I also found the simplicity of Bowimi attractive, especially when it comes to creating reports. It's a lot easier to get the reports I'm looking for compared to my previous experience with Sugar CRM. The initial setup was very simple, with Christina providing training and creating usernames for everyone, enabling us to start using it right away. What do you dislike about Bowimi?

I think there could be improvements in how things are laid out in Bowimi. It feels like there's a lot involved, and some elements could be more streamlined to make it easier. I like how clean and friendly the interface of Bowimi is, and how quickly it allows me to get started. I can put in the exact criteria I'm looking for and within seconds, it generates a field sales roadmap. This is not only rapid but incredibly efficiency for planning out my day. I also appreciate how cheap it is on a monthly basis, as it saves me hundreds of hours over a year. I find Bowimi incredibly simple to use. It's very user-friendly, both on the Bowimi App and computer. I like how it presents data incredibly well, making the data very easy to read and configure. It’s also easy for data capture, allowing us to present our data and feed it back to our team effectively.
