What I like most about Bowimi is how it supports my day-to-day operations on the ground. It allows me to plan efficient delivery and sales routes when visiting my corner shops, which saves time and increases productivity. I can also track my sales data clearly, giving me visibility on weekly and monthly performance so I can understand how the business is doing in real time.
On top of that, the survey feature is very useful as it lets me capture key in-store insights such as pricing, sell-through, and whether shops have POS materials like posters or stickers. At the moment there are no major downsides from my experience. If anything, I think there is still room to expand certain features, such as deeper analytics or more automation around reporting and route optimisation as the business scales.
