The prospecting tool is great for finding new business, and having all our account info tracked in one place is really convenient. We're able to see where our products are stocked and how we can expand our range with them. The transfer order function is a big help for our team to boost sales and orders. Plus, when I joined, I found it really easy to get used to using Bowimi, and my team did too.

The initial setup was very simple, with Christina providing training and creating usernames for everyone, enabling us to start using it right away. Lastly, Bowimi feels very refreshing compared to other CRM systems I've used.
