I really like how Bowimi integrates seamlessly with Google Maps, making it easy to just follow the routes as they are optimized for me. It's a huge time saver for route planning, as it optimizes the routes based on the mode of transport I'm taking. I can easily navigate from one place to another with just a click. Another thing I love is the ability to look back at past visits, so I always know what has been done. I like that Bowimi is very user-friendly. It's easy to make changes and navigate around without any complications. If something needs to be changed that I can't do myself, Christina is always there to help. I also found the simplicity of Bowimi attractive, especially when it comes to creating reports. It's a lot easier to get the reports I'm looking for compared to my previous experience with Sugar CRM. The initial setup was very simple, with Christina providing training and creating usernames for everyone, enabling us to start using it right away. I think there could be improvements in how things are laid out in Bowimi. It feels like there's a lot involved, and some elements could be more streamlined to make it easier. I like Bowimi for its ease of use and the multiple functions it offers. The prospecting tool is great for finding new business, and having all our account info tracked in one place is really convenient.
