**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

Very user friendly and it easily collates all our info into easy to read and understand reports. The staff are amazing - nothing seems to be too much trouble even when I'm asking the most stupid of questions!

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

Not a lot! However, the sales team do mention that it can drain the mobile battery fairly quickly when out and about using it at accounts

**What problems is Bowimi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Bowimi makes it easy for us to see which venues are stocking particular SKUs, as well as which ones we should be targeting. It has some really great features, and it’s a tool the whole team is using. The reports we can generate are extremely helpful and insightful; they let us show how a brand is performing and, in turn, report back to Brand Owners with clear feedback on their products. We are now using the Power BI reports which are extremely useful and collate and present even more info into reports that are being used to monitor the teams KPIs etc

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

What I like most about Bowimi is how it supports my day-to-day operations on the ground. It allows me to plan efficient delivery and sales routes when visiting my corner shops, which saves time and increases productivity. I can also track my sales data clearly, giving me visibility on weekly and monthly performance so I can understand how the business is doing in real time.

On top of that, the survey feature is very useful as it lets me capture key in-store insights such as pricing, sell-through, and whether shops have POS materials like posters or stickers. This helps me stay organised, make better decisions, and ultimately improve how Elixir Punch performs across different locations.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

At the moment there are no major downsides from my experience. If anything, I think there is still room to expand certain features, such as deeper analytics or more automation around reporting and route optimisation as the business scales. However, overall the platform does what it needs to do effectively and continues to add value to my day-to-day operations.

**What problems is Bowimi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bowimi is solving the problem of fragmented operations when managing field sales and retail relationships. Previously, route planning, customer tracking, and sales data would all be handled separately, which is inefficient and difficult to scale.

With Bowimi, I’m able to plan my routes while simultaneously tracking CRM data, store performance, and key insights in one place. This allows me to be more organised, maximise productivity when visiting shops, and make better data-driven decisions. Ultimately, it helps me manage and grow Elixir Punch more efficiently as we scale across more locations.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

From the first demonstration, I was immediately impressed by the sales-focused nature of the software. The way it supports field sales activity, while also providing clear reporting for management, is fantastic. It feels genuinely bespoke to my requirements. It also uses Google as an AI tool, which enhances the experience for both users and management.

Having a dashboard to summarise everything is really efficient, and the onboarding process allowed us to create carefully designed surveys that maximise sales visits and produce reports aligned to our business objectives. We switched from our previous software, and not only was Bowimi more competitive on price, it has delivered far better value for our business.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

You can only upload up to 300 accounts before any additional charges apply.

**What problems is Bowimi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive and targeted sales calls. We previously couldn’t categorise our calls into account types, but now we can easily pull the data we need to create more targeted sales campaigns.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

BOWIMI is extremely user-friendly and can be easily tailored to meet your specific needs. It’s also flexible enough to evolve alongside your business as requirements change. 

The team found it intuitive from day one, which made adoption seamless. We now use it daily, and it has significantly simplified everything from journey planning and prospect identification to pipeline tracking, making our processes more efficient and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

There’s very little to dislike. Whenever we suggest changes that could benefit the business, the BOWIMI team is highly responsive and proactive in finding solutions.

BOWIMI has been instrumental in helping us track pipeline activity, provide clear and timely reporting to brand owners, and maintain real-time visibility across both prospective and existing accounts.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I find Bowimi great for being adaptable to our needs and pretty easy to use in general. The customer support is generally pretty good as well. We've been trying to amend the system to make it more useful, which has been quite successful, with Ian being helpful. It's great to have semi-regular calls with Ian to work through exactly what we need, and things are actioned in a timely manner. In the last few months, we've made really good progress in changing and improving the way Bowimi works for us, and the way we report data into the system.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

Sometimes the users say that they don't enjoy the interface and how the data gets added. So there's a usability issue. And then also the customer experience or the user experience is sometimes a bit clunky in certain ways. With lots of pages to scroll up through when you want to make changes. Or the insights dashboard, just getting full of information that is no longer relevant to what you're doing. Sometimes the communication with our account manager is a bit slow and updates are made but not communciated.

Bowimi tracks our team's activities across multiple accounts, aiding in daily and monthly sales and marketing reporting.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I like that Bowimi is made by drinks people who understand the industry, which makes it very intuitive for what we need. The initial setup was really easy, and the team was incredibly helpful, making the process pretty seamless. I also appreciate Bowimi because whenever we've had a problem, we're able to speak directly to them to rectify it, and they take our feedback on board, making it feel like a partnership. The fact that I would recommend Bowimi 10 out of 10 every day of the week speaks volumes about my experience.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

The integration into our back-end system needs tightening up. Also, it would be helpful if the system could visually track the actual workflow of an account, showing the pipeline from start to finish on the app.

I use Bowimi to generate detailed reports, giving our brand owners full transparency over their brand universe in the UK, from pouring deals to retail distribution. We also use it to manage our teams more effectively, understand in detail their week to week and help with direction where needed in terms of account universe, number or calls, where we're prospecting, key geographical coverage etc etc

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I really find Bowimi to be a fantastic field sales tool for myself and the sales team at Days Brewing. It's great because it allows us to map out routes, carry out calls in outlets, and then review data, which saves time for myself and the rest of the sales team. I also appreciate how Bowimi cuts out time-wasting activities that I used to deal with, like mapping on Excel spreadsheets. Having a visual and easy-to-navigate map makes route planning so much quicker. I love how interactive the platform is, with everything right at my fingertips. The cross-device functionality is superb, as I can work on both laptop and phone, completing surveys on my mobile and continuing tasks back at the office. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and they walked us through the entire process step by step, even providing an on-call team member to assist us.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

There's been a slight bug or glitch on Bowimi, but the team is so quick to respond and helpful that it hasn't really been a problem for any length of time. They've solved problems sort of as soon as we've got in touch with them. Which is super helpful.

Bowimi is a fantastic field sales tool that cuts out time-wasting activities like Excel mapping, provides an easy-to-navigate map for quicker route planning, and saves time for me and the sales team.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I really like how Bowimi integrates seamlessly with Google Maps, making it easy to just follow the routes as they are optimized for me. It's a huge time saver for route planning, as it optimizes the routes based on the mode of transport I'm taking. I can easily navigate from one place to another with just a click. Another thing I love is the ability to look back at past visits, so I always know what has been done. The team has been incredibly helpful in walking us through everything during the setup and optimizing the app for our needs, answering any questions we might have had.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

If in the future they manage to link it to WhatsApp so we could automatically message people WhatsApp instead of calling on their cell phones, that would be great.

**What problems is Bowimi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bowimi helps me keep all store visit information in one place, plan routes with route mapping, and easily prospect new locations. It's convenient to have all details on my phone, and the integration with Google Maps optimizes routes, saving me from planning them manually.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I like that Bowimi is very user-friendly. It's easy to make changes and navigate around without any complications. If something needs to be changed that I can't do myself, Christina is always there to help. I also found the simplicity of Bowimi attractive, especially when it comes to creating reports. It's a lot easier to get the reports I'm looking for compared to my previous experience with Sugar CRM. The initial setup was very simple, with Christina providing training and creating usernames for everyone, enabling us to start using it right away. Lastly, Bowimi feels very refreshing compared to other CRM systems I've used.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

I think there could be improvements in how things are laid out in Bowimi. It feels like there's a lot involved, and some elements could be more streamlined to make it easier. For example, products are in alphabetical order, but I think they could be grouped in a way that makes more sense, maybe by brand.

I use Bowimi to analyze sales data, identify trends, and understand what's working or not. It reveals patterns and solutions for unseen issues, improving stock management and customer offerings based on individual preferences.

I like how clean and friendly the interface of Bowimi is, and how quickly it allows me to get started. I can put in the exact criteria I'm looking for and within seconds, it generates a field sales roadmap. This is not only rapid but incredibly efficiency for planning out my day. I also appreciate how cheap it is on a monthly basis, as it saves me hundreds of hours over a year. It provides a real structured roadmap, helping me to know exactly where I need to go and ensuring my prospects are qualified.

I find Bowimi incredibly simple to use. It's very user-friendly, both on the Bowimi App and computer. I like how it presents data incredibly well, making the data very easy to read and configure. It’s also easy for data capture, allowing us to present our data and feed it back to our team effectively. I appreciate that it helps us work out how and when to target our brands into different opportunities.

We're just starting our journey with Bowimi, so there's lots of feedback to the team. We're working with the team at Bowimi currently on the best way to present data back to our own business and showcase this. No issues whatsoever.

I find Bowimi really helpful for managing our sales pipeline and tracking interactions with existing customers. It's easy to tag accounts and is specifically built for field sales, making it simple to visualize and group stockists in an area, which helps in optimizing the route. I particularly like the map visualization, category tagging, and the dashboards I can create. The initial setup was very easy, and Christina Varghese, our account manager, provided great support with a kick-off call and ongoing assistance.

It would be nice to have some AI integration and integration with Unleashed (although I think this is in progress). Right now it's fully standalone which is its biggest limitation.

I like Bowimi for its ease of use and the multiple functions it offers. The prospecting tool is great for finding new business, and having all our account info tracked in one place is really convenient. We're able to see where our products are stocked and how we can expand our range with them. The transfer order function is a big help for our team to boost sales and orders. Plus, when I joined, I found it really easy to get used to using Bowimi, and my team did too.

I just wish there were more reporting and insight capabilities, although they are always improving on this and open to discussing it.

There were initial challenges with transitioning from our old CRM to Bowimi, especially with amending personalized versions from the old system to the new. Integration issues arose, particularly in capturing data for KPI tracking, making it harder to work with compared to the previous CRM originally.

I love how Bowimi is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. Being Google-enabled really helps reduce errors and poor data entry, which makes our data more accurate and insightful. The reporting is very flexible and easy to create. Additionally, its intuitiveness means training is quick and easy, and implementation is very quick. The initial setup was very easy, with Bowimi's team being very supportive. Once we formatted and uploaded our existing data, we were able to access it within minutes.

Bowimi helps with storing customer data, call planning, prioritization, and reporting. It's incredibly easy to use and intuitive, reducing errors and poor data entry with Google-enablement. The flexible reporting provides better insights, and training and implementation are quick.

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

The UI is efficient and effective when loading target accounts. Easy to use and easy to onboard team members. The map system and route creation is a great tool

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

The native reporting needs to improve. Currently you need to externalise it to PowerBI. If PowerBi could integrate to Bowimi where you can have static reporting and more interactive dashboards with reports you can download it will make a massive difference.

We have more visibility of all accounts in the areas we are targeting. Geo mapping of POD's is helpful. Managing the team and reviewing their activity helps to be more effective in the day to day. Time is saved when planning and reviewing call cycles

**What do you like best about Bowimi?**

I like Bowimi's very easy-to-use interface that works on both mobile devices and laptops. It only takes about ten minutes to really get your head around it all. I also appreciated the very helpful salespeople from Bowimi who assisted us with the setup. They were always on hand to help should there be a problem with the user.

**What do you dislike about Bowimi?**

Adding new widgets could be slightly easier and pulling the data out, into a usable format could be slightly easier.

Bowimi enables us to track where our salespeople are, our regional activations, and customer accounts while being very specific in targeting.

I like how Bowimi is really simple to use. I like the search panel where you can search for accounts that have been surveyed, and you can search accounts by products that are listed. I like the fact that you can add surveys to choose specific questions that the sales team answers. The journey planning system is really great. There are lots of features, and they are all very good.

Nothing

I use Bowimi to manage my team and client reports. It provides live data, saving admin time and aiding in prospecting. It replaces spreadsheets, letting me see account visits and all input info effortlessly.

I really like Bowimi for its contract function that helps track the spend per customer and the routing function, which allows teams to optimize their routes and plan their days efficiently. The integration with Google Maps is also a great feature, making it seamless to use alongside other tools. Additionally, the onboarding support from the team made the initial setup great.

Easy to use and stores plenty of information.

I can tag loads of accounts at once and export contact details as CSV if I want to send bulk emails to customers.

Team is great and always there to help if I need it.

Feels a bit clunky when I'm out and about.

Can't group stores together as chains which is slightly furstrating.

I appreciate how Bowimi integrates with Google Maps, as it saves me a lot of admin time inputting venue names and addresses, and it really helps with efficiently planning journeys. I also chose Bowimi for its ease of use and the surveys feature. I found the initial setup to be pretty easy.

I find Bowimi really easy for visualizing where sites are and for identifying opportunities, which is great for our sales team. I like how they have a responsive sales team and support network, and if there are any questions or further development needed, they're always there on hand. The initial setup was extremely easy, almost too easy.

I like the automation between surveys and tags in Bowimi, which allows me to categorize a customer based on surveys. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the helpful staff who assisted with transitioning our existing customer list.

I use Bowimi for route planning, optimizing routes, getting data from visits, and planning follow-ups.
