**What do you like best about Blix?**

Blix has transformed how we analyze open-ended survey responses.
The coding quality is excellent, the platform is incredibly easy to learn, and it handles large datasets effortlessly. We used to spend hours every month coding everything by hand, and now it’s pretty much just one click.

Implementation was also a breeze, we were up and running in minutes, with no heavy setup or onboarding required. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely built for researchers, so our whole team was able to jump in right away.

I especially love that Blix also generates summaries and PowerPoint-ready slides for me, a huge time saver.

Their customer support is outstanding: fast, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

**What do you dislike about Blix?**

Honestly, very little. There are a few small features I’d love to see expanded over time, but the team ships updates regularly and is super responsive to feedback.

**What problems is Blix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend way too much time on coding open-ended survey response manually, and now it’s fast and consistent with just a few clicks. It’s also helped us get results to our clients faster and cut down our research turnaround time.
