I find the adjustments and IP entry processes smooth and easy, contributing to a streamlined workflow. I value that it's a comprehensive financial accounting package tailored for fund accounting, which serves us well and fulfills a broad range of our accounting needs efficiently. The general ledger with its detailed reporting capabilities is a standout feature, as it's critical for our financial operations to run smoothly. Additionally, the software's compatibility with an Excel extension and ability to receive data feeds from systems like Paylocity enhances our overall user experience by integrating well with our existing tools and workflows. Overall, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT is a strong system that meets our needs and provides a good bit of everything we require for effective financial management. It is cloud-based and very reliable. The user and record security can be tedious to manage. Easy to copy from existing setups, but not to create within specific roles. I find the integration with the Wells Fargo credit card system challenging. It would be great if there was a smoother way to link them together.
