I have generally found customer service to be helpful whether that's the Knowledgebase, chats, or calls. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT?** As a non-financial person, it's really hard to use and I've struggled to find and keep financial staff. Most CPAs prefer to use a more common solution like QBO or Sage Intact. It seems almost too large and cumbersome for a small organization like myself. **What problems is Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need an accounting system but I'm not sure FENXT is doing it for us. ### 2. They often make "upgrades" and the system changes with no notification. Often the changes are negative instead of positive. **What problems is Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our bank reconciliation stopped working and it took several weeks to get it fixed. We had to go to the top to get help and they are now working to fix several problems. Another problem is that the credit card feed started to pull incorrect transactions into the wrong cards.
