What do you like best about Bizzabo?

One the best parts about Bizzabo is that it is very well designed from a user experience standpoint. We are able to create and publish different types of events, from our large-scale conferences to our smaller public program courses. Those interacting with our events find the microsites and platform easy to interact with as well - From learning about our events to the checkout process. It's ability to integrate with our CRM is also not too difficult which allows us to track purchases if we wish! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The downsides of Bizzabo are the limited design options for some of our event's microsites. We wish there was more variety when it comes to the designs/layouts/styles available for building event sites. Customer Support is not the fastest either - We only really hear from them when it's time for mid-year check-ins and renewals so it's minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I like the interface it has and that it is a very good solution for events! You have a HUB with many things, like tickets, the ability to create your own website and upload contacts to follow up with them (via email, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The interface for creating a page is definitely not user-friendly, it's impossible to move an element simply by dragging it and having 3 columns is always complicated because you have to play with spaces, enter or put "empty" elements for the elements to move up/down, instead of being 100% free movement (which would be incredible)

Same with photos, videos, you can't put a background without some element because you have to move it and aim to give it spaces to be seen.

There needs to be more "free forms, to be able to make your own canvas and add (give us more creative freedom)

They should integrate with CANVA or some tool that allows them to be more friendly and with better connection.

Unclear instructions regarding photos and video, they look pixelated and it's a big problem to add/modify them once uploaded.

AND definitely, you should have more videos explaning, tutorials, creative ideas and tricks, for customer support, etc.

Regarding registration, it's incredible that you can input your registrations via excel, but they have too many security blocks that should be removed. For any error, typo the contact is not uploaded (but it doesn't tell you who it is) and it's a bad experience for the client to enter and not be able to register, but at the same time we waste too much time entering them manually, not knowing who couldn't be uploaded before.

Same issue with restrictions, it should be automatic or have a button that adds it, instead of always having to put 1 contact list and 1 restriction list.

SUPER IMPORTANT! Being able to import contacts from other past events to a new one, not having to upload everything! Having a way to upload an excel and import from another event.

Finally, there should be a template of those who registered, but that also gives you the "complete" list of contacts, because unfortunately we have to manually add who registered to our guest lists, because there is no integration that allows us to do so.

We had a generally positive experience with Bizzabo during the lead-up to our event. The team was extremely helpful during the preparation phase, providing solid support and guidance to ensure everything was in place. The platform itself is quite user-friendly, making it easy to set up all our registration details on the backend. However, our experience onsite was less than ideal. We ran into some delays with setting up the registration area, and there were several challenges during the actual registration process. This led to some frustration and a less-than-smooth check-in experience for our attendees. While the pre-event support was top-notch, the onsite execution left a lot to be desired.
