Best aspect is we are able to manage "almost" everything in one platform. From advertisting event, invitations, registration, reports, etc. Appreciate ability to customize invitations for certain registrants, abiltity to run reports based on any possible filter needed, customize event pages, and the fact that it is very easy for people to use on the "registrant/attendee" side. 1) It is not very user friendly for the individual creating/managing the event. Particularly if there are more detailed tasks you need to accomplish. 2) Would appreciate the name tag, registration functionality being available on the basic level and not requiring the higher level subscription. 3) Would be very helpful if they had a table/seating arrangement tool that could be integrated with the platform. Despite great efforts to design and deploy branded templates, they were very finicky, had long lasting style sheet errors that ruined the design, and were ultimately far too easy for a marketer to mess up.
