"Really good platform"

What do you like best about BIX?

I liked how easy it is to use, plus its free and works two-ways so not a just one thing i like, yet multiple. Being a first timer about approaching Influencers and having them come to me, what a game changer that was. After months of cold emailing and virtually getting no replies and here, in 2 weeks, dealing with 45 ppl, what a boost in confidence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BIX?

If anything, the limit of words available in the initial message yet at the same time, the short, sweet and to the point is what it is all about, so even that isn't really something I dislike.

Oh ok, some things have come to mind...I have not found yet is how to delete or block someone. Being able to categorise ppl would be awesome eg. Replied & Interested, Busy right now, Didnt reply, Follow up later etc, would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BIX?

As a small business owner, finding the right marketing tools that fit within a limited budget is challenging, but BIX has truly been a game-changer for me. The platform makes it so easy for someone like me, who doesn’t have a huge marketing team, to connect with influencers who genuinely care about promoting my products. What I love most is how simple and straightforward everything is—BIX really makes it feel like influencer marketing is accessible, even to smaller brands. What do you dislike about BIX?

If I’m being honest, there’s not much I’d change about BIX. The only thing I’d say is that sometimes I wish new features were rolled out even faster because every update makes the platform even better. But overall, I’ve had such a positive experience that I can’t really call it a dislike. BIX is constantly improving, and that’s exciting for me as a small business owner trying to stay competitive.
