What do you like best about Bill360?

I absolutely love how easy Bill360 is to use, both for myself and my customers. The integration with QuickBooks is seamless, setup is almost instant, and the customizable features—especially the reminder system and risk classification—have been game-changers for our clients. The customer service is truly exceptional; I always feel taken care of, whether it's from the sales team or tech support. What do you dislike about Bill360?

Honestly, there’s nothing significant I dislike about Bill360. The only minor challenge is that some features, like reminders, are more relevant to my customers than to me personally, but my clients love them, so it’s not a real issue. What do you like best about Bill360?

I love Bill360 because it saves me hours every month by handling billing and payments of customers. I love that I can send multiple invoices at once, and I can send open invoice reports directly from Bill360. This feature saves me a lot of time and negates the need to manually run credit cards for 75-100 customers each month. The open invoice report is super handy because I don't have to run it in QuickBooks and email it from there. Also, setting up Bill360 was pretty easy since the experts basically installed it for me. But the best part about Bill360 is the excellent support I receive whenever I have a question or issue, even if it's a problem with the other software I synchronize. What do you dislike about Bill360?

I would like to have the ability to do a 'mass email' to my customers. For example, I had a price increase this month and had to put the details in the previous email, from December. I'd like to be able to send out emails like that from Bill360 because I can't do it from QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill360?

I like that with Bill360, I can onboard people easily, and clients find it very easy to set up their accounts and ACH payments. It's also very convenient to refer people to the portal for any invoicing questions or when they need reprints. What do you dislike about Bill360?

Occasionally, the invoices don't send correctly through my email, and I get a notification, but usually on a retry, they will send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill360?

I love the easiness of it. My customers like the ability to see all their invoices in one place vs. each individual invoice with quickbook. I have had some ACH payments which cuts down on credit card fees. Support is fantastic. I email with a problem and it is fixed usually immediately or if not within 24 hours. What do you dislike about Bill360?

Only negative I have so far is that the settlement reports are not always accurate. I find some days settlements dont line up. The money always makes it to the bank but i have to combine days sometimes when reconciling becuase the settlement reports are a tad off. But that to me is just being picky and really have no negatives for the program. Already recommended it to a few other businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill360?

I have been using Bill360 with QBO for well over a year now. The implementation was so easy! My clients enjoy being able to see their invoices and payment history all in one place as well. Bill360 continues to make improvements all the time - they're always making improvements. As the business owner, I love the dashboard - I can see in a moment where I need to focus my energy on collections. Just a few clicks and my client follow up is complete! Quick and easy to use. What do you like best about Bill360?

What's not to like! Invoices automatically send when I finish editing. The reminder system automatically sends reminders based on the "touch level" I feel necessary. Steven and I had two phone calls together and that's all it took to set up! Steven checks in with me monthly to make sure the system is running correctly and I have everything I need to succeed. He is the definition of quality customer support! Bill 360 quick connects with quickbooks automatically syncing the invoices in Bill360. We use it every day in our office to send invoices and check on our incoming cash flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill360?

Bill360 has the best customer service I have worked with in my position. The program simply integrates with my QuickBooks application and reduces the AR tasks exponentially. What do you like best about Bill360?

Bill 360 connects directly to your billing system and allows easy access for sending customers emails with their invoice and a link for them to pay by credit card or e-check.

We like the e-check for our customers as most of them want to pay by check and a lot of them are utilizing the e-check payment function.

Customer support is very helpful and knowledgable.

What do you like best about Bill360?

So far, it has proven to be very user friendly. Our customers find it easy to navigate and easy to use overall. I like that I can go in and send reminder emails easily.
