Can email candidates directly from the data base. Pipeline is a great feature and makes it easy to track candidates in their progress. Easy to import data and parse resumes. Chrome extension works well with LinkedIn. Learning opportunities are frequent and keep me up to date with the newest features. The Help Center knowledge base is excellent. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** That you have to hit the SAVE button every time you make a change. If you forget to hit it, it won't save what you've done. A moot point, since it does remind you to save if you go to a different information card. However, if you just exit the software, all is lost. Would be better if everything just saved automatically. **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Candidate tracking - good to know where the candidate is in the hiring process. The ability to parse resumes into the system via email is also a big plus. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** I'd like to see Top Echelon work on it's customer-based modules so that our salespeople can use it more like a CRM. There are ways to use it for customer sales functions but it's not as user friendly. It's simplicity is what I like most. I have been recruiting for nearly a quarter of a century and have had to review and implement numerous ATS systems throughout my career and Top Echelon Big Biller is the simplest to use. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** I wish I could customize the pull-down list when documenting an activity. For instance, as I conduct business activities, it would be nice to be able to number my business touches with a prospective client. For instance, "Marketing Call - Initial contact", "2nd BD (business development) call", "3rd BD call" etc. Also, I would love a customizable offer letter template that I can email out. **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am very OCD when it comes to organization and TE allows me to organize everything. Very happy with the software and the people who manage the company. If you have a problem their technical support is excellent. I have used other ATS in the past but what I like best about Big Biller is that they are constantly updating the program and making it better. I asked about adding a few features and within months it was part of the update. BigBiller is great about onboarding people, providing training and ongoing training. I have actually talked to a live person when I have had questions. I tested out several other programs before going with BigBiller and was frustrated with the lack of support. **What do you dislike about Top Echelon?** Big Biller has improved the business development (sales) side of their software but I think that they could still improve Hotlists to make them as functional as Pipelines. But it is still much better than the other programs I looked at that had no or very limited business development tools. Since clients can also be candidates and vice a versa - I want them all in one database. **What problems is Top Echelon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing my candidate information, jobs and business development. ### 40.
