Top Echelon is very user friendly and easy to learn. Each module is simple, easily adaptable, and displays all of the information we need on our candidates. I also appreciate the response time from customer service, the weekly webinars, and availability of past trainings. The ability to parse resumes into the system via email is also a big plus. I'd like to see Top Echelon work on it's customer-based modules so that our salespeople can use it more like a CRM. There are ways to use it for customer sales functions but it's not as user friendly. I'd also like to be able to parse job descriptions into Top Echelon to create job orders. Great email and tracking system. Can email candidates directly from the data base. Pipeline is a great feature and makes it easy to track candidate in their progress.

That you have to hit the SAVE button every time you make a change. If you forget to hit it, it won't save what you've done. A moot point, since it does remind you to save if you go to a different information card. However, if you just exit the software, all is lost. Would be better if everything just saved automatically. Actually something I suggested to customer service: Email campaigns. It has the option to send mass emails, but not campaigns with connected email chains.

My request was heard and we are now scheduling a meeting to discuss with their team.

I had worked with multiple ATS systems in the past and nothing compares to Top Echelon. I switched over to Big Biller 6+ years ago and have not turned back since. Very easy to use. I started my business 6 years ago as a sole practitioner. I immediately joined Top Echelon for access to the Technology and the Network. Since then I have never worked alone. Being a part of TE makes me a part of an amazing team that supports me from sourcing candidates to the continuing development of a powerful technology that is constantly being updated based on input from the team. Additionally, learning opportunities are limited as a sole practitioner but TE has that covered too in that they offer on going learning opportunities. I truly could not have anticipated the impact that TE would have on my business but in many many ways they are my business partners and I could not ask for better!
