"Big biller is a great application tracking software "

What do you like best?

We love your report creation tools because managing the data of each employee and candidate turns out to be a process full of practicality. Making email marketing is also easy, and its job posting system keeps visitors to our website aware of our required jobs. We like its drag and drop tool, which adds a lot of mobility and interactivity to the job, and it's easy to import spreadsheets. Big biller also offers an excellent calendar where you can schedule interviews in a few seconds.

What do you dislike?

There are not so many problems with big biller. Several of them lie precisely in the strong point of the software: tracking candidates. When tracking is not shown the full history of activity of each of them, and the platform does not check criminal records (this is a great fault). The platform does not manage human resources internally, and does not manage employee payrolls.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Big biller is the service indicated when it comes to CV analysis (curriculum vitae) and to communicate with the candidates, since it incorporates a fairly complete CRM. "Big biller automates the entire life cycle of employees "

What do you like best?

Your extension to google chrome. It comes with a convenient pipelines management system, in which we can add the information of each candidate. Your calendar is updated automatically, and it is still synchronized with little internet connection. In addition to this, big biller allows you to upload not only curricular summaries, but all kinds of documentation, including spreadsheets.

What do you dislike?

What we do not like about big biller is that, when programming telephone interviews, the alarm system is not updated. It does not have an integrated CRM with which contact between clients and candidates can be improved, and it is difficult to review the streamline workflow. Its price, 65 dollars per user seems quite expensive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We recommend it for the management of hotlists. With big biller you get a more bearable marketing organization, and its drag & drop functionality saves time. Call records can be kept. You can create log notes and activities with a lot of speed. It is highly recommended to use big biller to carry out resume parsing, and to take a correct handling of curricular summaries.

"Big biller is the best ATS in the market"

What do you like best?

From big biller we like his job search system because it allows us to organize the work boards in a very visual way. We can review the company's information, its priority, its compensation, among many more options. We like to be able to carry out analysis and search of CV, and the power way of hiring personnel. We also like your job interview programming function.

What do you dislike?

We do not like your CRM integration. It seems unnecessary, since we really do not need to be in contact with our clients (except in the case of recruitment agencies, but even so the platform does not have an adequate CRM to cover all their needs). We do not like your follow-up of interactions with the interviewees. Big biller lacks a criminal background check system.

What do you like best?

Something we like a lot about this software is that it allows us to comfortably manage the internal human resources of our institution. Big biller is excellent for writing and storing documents, and also to keep track of each candidate's skills. We also like that it allows us to review our interactions with candidates, and store these to be able to read them at any time. It has a good filtering and search system for curriculum summaries.

What do you dislike?

Of Big biller we do not like that the platform does not allow to handle payments online. It should be noted that it does not have an adequate chat integration that allows us to work better with the candidates and other members of the work team. It has few options for setting accessibility permissions, and does not offer sufficient encryption security for documents hosted in the cloud. Another problem with Big biller is that its extension with Google Chrome is not fully integrated into the browser.

We really like being able to schedule phone calls and job interviews within the calendar of activities. It is also very easy to keep in constant contact with our customers and candidates, and review the daily work flow. We like to manage email marketing comfortably, and schedule notes. Another important feature of Big biller is that spreadsheets can be organized according to stories, backgrounds and activities.

What do you dislike?

We do not like his curricular summaries manager because he does not have text identification tools, and his sales funnel system is not very customizable. One drawback with this ATS-CRM is that its drag and drop tool is very inflexible, making the work slow.

Big biller is a comfortable software, full of useful features for tracking candidates. We have been fascinated by his system of tracking interactions with candidates, and his function of reviewing personal references. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

We like that we can comfortably review work lists for which to apply, thanks to its integration of work tables, and can upload curriculum summaries and other information without any problem to the cloud. With big Biller we can take a suitable organization of recruiters, and we also have the possibility of making constant follow-ups to the quality of their work as such.

What do you dislike?

We dislike the fact that the big Biller email Dashboard is so un-customizable. It does not allow us to review the background, the recommendations of the applicants, or manage payroll for a contracting agency (it does not offer a good billing system for these). It should be noted that big Biller has a self-service portal that is quite outdated.

What do you like best?

Its user interface is very intuitive. Something that we like a lot about big Biller is that it allows us to follow up the publications of job offers of different contracting companies. It is excellent to carry an adequate work flow, and to correctly schedule job interviews. We like the way in which big Biller allows full text searching, and apply onboarding.

What do you dislike?

Something that we do not like about Big Biller is that it does not allow us to directly manage the evaluations of each hiring process, nor does it allow the user to verify criminal records, which seems somewhat insecure to us from the topechelon team. Neither did they add to the big biller any tool that allows human resources to be managed internally, and that it is quite necessary, and obliges us to use external services for this.

"Easy to use, but wanting in several important key factors"

What do you like best?

Big Biller is very easy to navigate. It allows for easy search and edit of profiles, as well as the ability to download extensive report options. For the most part it's a relatively intuitive product, however, there are many things the product cannot, but absolutely should do, with seemingly no future plan to remedy these issues.

What do you dislike?

We have multiple teams that focus on different areas of recruiting and we would ideally like to separate out those teams so there is no crossover in candidates, but so far there isn't an option for that to happen.

I've also asked about mass migration and we must migrate on an entire database level, meaning I can't pick and choose which records to migrate without risk of losing important information such as the attachments and notes left on each profile.

I've also asked about mass migrating past team member's candidates to an active team member and currently, there is no way to pick and choose candidates to migrate. I must either migrate everything or nothing. This renders the migration entirely useless to us. When I inquired as to whether or not this feature would be added to the product, I was told by support that "There currently are not any plans to add this as of right now."

At this point, we are looking at a different ATS. We've shot ourselves in the foot by relying so heavily on an ATS that is missing several very important factors to the success of our company.

Don't use this product if you need more than beyond basic function.

"Big Biller is the best that Top Echelon offers us"

What do you like best?

We love the ATS system of big Biller, and its RAS tool for recruiting. Big Biller is useful for email marketing, integrate calendars, and even carry pipelines. The extension of big Biller for google Chrome is a good tool to further expand our communication

What do you dislike?

We dislike that big Biller does not offer a good service of telephone calls. As for job posts, you need to improve your filter to see candidates. You only have up to 15 days in your free period, and the price of your annual plans is expensive if you try to add additional users

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We fully recommend reviewing the function of training webinars. It's free. We recommend a lot of big Biller for the handling of Hiring processes in medium work teams, or with a moderate amount of people

"Big Biller is the best platform to track job candidates"

What do you like best?

This ATS allows you to track all candidates and their history, location, activity and communications. It is useful to minimize our time, because your stream system provides the right candidate at the first opportunity. Communication with candidates is customizable, so it lends itself to breaking stereotypes

What do you dislike?

We do not like how inflexible is the integration of job boards, which is also expensive ($ 40 per month). It is too simple. It usually sends a lot of spam to the email, and it presents synchronization problems (the information of the desktop version is not updated at the same time as the mobile version does)

We recommend using big Biller to receive curricular summaries of candidates, which are uploaded directly to the big biller account. It is recommended by its application tracking system so complete in terms of customization tools

Thanks to big Biller we have solved a big problem: get a good mobile application for recruiting. Your web portal offers great benefits such as being able to receive job posts and abstracts of candidacy, as well as being highly customizable

"Big biller automates the tracking of candidates a lot "

What do you like best?

Big biller is a software of ATS very oriented towards the administration of job interviews. This software allows us to review extensive job search tables, where we can even add more offers. It is very easy to upload the information of a resume to the cloud and then incorporate it into the platform. The candidate tracking system allows us to take complete control of all their activity, including their answers during the job interview.

What do you dislike?

We have a hard time maximizing communication with our clientele, so we can not collect engagement with candidates as we would like to do. With Big biller, it is a bit complicated to conduct job interviews at a distance, online, since the platform is not sufficiently optimized to provide a high quality audio and video system. Its extension to desktop browsers (mainly Google Chrome) is slow, so it has no utilities in tracking candidates.

Big biller is an unparalleled service in the management of job interviews, since it unifies very well the verification of references, the analysis of curricular summaries and the publication of job offers. Basically, Big biller was created to support human resources teams, so it belongs to that department.

With Big biller it is very fast to get employees, since the platform organizes the curriculum based on the skills of each person. It has also become easier to create sales funnels, and attach the information of candidates within them. Regarding the management of internal human resources, Big biller completely automates our work. We have also been able to monitor the interactions between candidates and interviewers, allowing us to evaluate the quality of the interview.

What do you like best?

The best tool of Big biller has undoubtedly been the system of job interviews. These can be easily programmed and reprogrammed, and they can be filed in a history of work processes. We like that with Big biller we can review all our marketing processes for emails, and that we can easily import large amount of documents with spreadsheets.

What do you dislike?

Big biller is a very powerful software, but with certain weaknesses. One of them is the lack of a videoconferencing system, with which it would be even easier to manage and carry out job interviews at a distance. In addition, it does not offer a solid mobile access, with which you can work comfortably. The integrated CRM tool does not allow us to review a lot of contact information of our clients, being quite basic in this sense.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Excellent. Big biller is a highly recommended service for human resources departments. It is highly automated, and easily schematizes all kinds of information about the candidates with whom you will work. Big biller costs only $ 65 per month (in the case of original users) and $ 30 to add more people to the account. It is highly recommended to use your extension for Google chrome.

Having started using Big biller has been a good idea. We can register activities and interviews in an almost automated way, and also order the work more easily due to the drag & drop system that the software carries. Big biller has also been useful to improve our understanding and management of sales funnels, and hotlists. With big biller we were able to solve all the problems that presented us with the analysis and archiving of curricular summaries with external software.

"Big biller offers us a wide customization for the management of HHRR"

What do you like best?

We really like that big biller allows us to analyze the curricular summaries of each candidate. It is very good for publishing job offers, and to take control of internal human resources for recruitment agencies. Now, its self-service portal is very easy to use, and also allows us to manage our sales and our potential customers without much difficulty. Recomended.

What do you dislike?

Something that we dislike about big biller is that it does not allow us to carry out evaluations of the hiring processes of personnel, or that its reference check is so slow and clumsy (you can not access the telephone numbers of the references automatically). Big biller does not allow us to verify criminal records, or make direct evaluations to the follow-up of candidates that may have our employee on duty.

Big biller is recommended to many agencies due to its wide potential for the handling and analysis of curricular summaries. It is very good to schedule job interviews, since then there is no difficulty in reprogramming them at convenience. We also recommend your Google Chrome extension, which is excellent and very complete.

Thanks to big biller we have a better management of our potential clients, and we can more adequately schedule our job interviews, and also take better control of our affiliate recruitment companies.
