What do you like best about Selerix?

First - the system itself. The platform gave us the right blend of pre-established configuration and ability to customize based on our organization's complex needs.

Second - the SERVICE! Truly, the service has been second to none for us, and we have not really experienced any gaps from sales to implementation to BenAdmin maintenance.

Third - the expertise of the team. Talk about Subject Matter Experts! Wow - their knowledge of not only their own system, but the systems of others, has far exceeded my expectations based on other implementations I have taken part in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Selerix?

I don't understand why you create the employer in one system, then publish to the system for the employer to access. As an administrator, you can do most of the configuration it either system after the initial set-up.

When I see a portal sitting outside a system, I wonder if the vendor purchased the code and they do not have the expertise to update it, so they build around it. If yes, then the system will most likely have issues after updates and new functionality will be implemented with work-arounds. Make sure to research and talk to other customers!
