**What do you like best about Selerix?**

First - the system itself. The platform gave us the right blend of pre-established configuration and ability to customize based on our organization's complex needs. 

Second - the SERVICE!  Truly, the service has been second to none for us, and we have not really experienced any gaps from sales to implementation to BenAdmin maintenance.

Third - the expertise of the team. Talk about Subject Matter Experts! Wow - their knowledge of not only their own system, but the systems of others, has far exceeded my expectations based on other implementations I have taken part in.

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

This will sound fake, but I don't really have anything negative to say at this time.

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selerix solved several issues for us:
1) We are a complex organization with a multi-layered benefits structure. Selerix made it so easy for us to ensure a seamless Open Enrollment for our team members.
2) Integration - they don't just build a file and walk away. My Selerix team has stuck with me for weeks following EDI file builds to help with discrepancies and additional follow-up as needed.
3) Communication - their Engage platform is a game-changer when it comes to mass communicating to our employees.  We are multi-state, with a mix of onsite and remote, and the Engage tool allows us to tailor our specific communications to the right team members at the right time.

Very easy to use UI and love To use it every day a lot of help in all the field starting from Customer support to adding or interogation and implementation in every field .

There is no problem to menson here very good platfrom

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

A clear explanation of the process is the one thing I like the most. Secondly, working with the Director of ACA Services has always been a wonderful experience, Kelli is very patient and concise.

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

I don't dislike anything, but if there's anything I would improve, it might be easier access to get to some reports.

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1095C, eliminating the guesswork and saving us a lot of time, especially since we have more than 1,000 employees we will need to process.

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

The software is user-friendly and provides ease of administration.  Includes a robust reporting feature and makes 1095-C distribution seamless.  They continuously introduce new updates and features.

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

Nothing...I love working with the system and Team.

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administration time, communicating changes and important information to the employees, billing.

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

Selerix is very accomodating and flexible. If we need somthing specific or something needs to be changed, they typically find a way to make it happen for us.

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

They have some technology issues at times.

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we moved to Workday we discovered their benefits platform had some limits that would not accomodate our current selections. Instead of changing everything we offered to support workday, Selerix was able to make their platform work for us and the benefits we offer.

I like the user experience, very easy to use.  It gives you the ability to look employees up anyway you want.

How qucikly they respond to issues that need to get resolved.

Updating infromation this year during open enrollment was missing some information.

Keeping all our benefits under one platform as we set in place.

There were times when Selerix reached out to Mercer (broker) when they should outreached the client.

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selerix helped our client with open enrollment administration. I did not interact with the actual interface as I am not on the client team.

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

The functionality works well for the customer.  It's intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

I don't understand why you create the employer in one system, then publish to the system for the employer to access.  As an administrator, you can do most of the configuration it either system after the initial set-up.  

When I see a portal sitting outside a system, I wonder if the vendor purchased the code and they do not have the expertise to update it, so they build around it.  If yes, then the system will most likely have issues after updates and new functionality will be implemented with work-arounds.  Make sure to research and talk to other customers! 

**What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the employee benefit enrollment process... streamline and simplify.  Saves employee time and reduces the need for paper.

Very robust and can handle extensive health questions.

The enrollment flow is not very fluid and very user friendly.

Doing away with paper applications.

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

I really like how it walks the employees through there enrollment from start to finish. Honestly it is as near to fool proof as you can get. There will always be something but this  as long as they keep clicking next it gets the job done well. Great user friendliness and the admin side is just as easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

Not much I can find at fault. Have been few glitches on occasion but the customer support corrected it quickly.

Electronic enrollment and file feeds to carriers.

**What do you like best about Selerix?**

The system was easy to use and did not require much training for admin employees. 

**What do you dislike about Selerix?**

The reporting for this system was not great at all.  I had to call my account manager to assist with reports all the time.  In addition, once data was pulled into a report the formatting was horrible.  I had to constantly fix format data from the reports before I could use it.  In the end, I moved to another platform

benefits administration and vendor management.
