If we need somthing specific or something needs to be changed, they typically find a way to make it happen for us. **What do you dislike about Selerix?** They have some technology issues at times. **What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we moved to Workday we discovered their benefits platform had some limits that would not accomodate our current selections. Instead of changing everything we offered to support workday, Selerix was able to make their platform work for us and the benefits we offer. ### 2. I did not interact with the actual interface as I am not on the client team. ### 5. Honestly it is as near to fool proof as you can get. There will always be something but this as long as they keep clicking next it gets the job done well. Great user friendliness and the admin side is just as easy to use. **What do you dislike about Selerix?** Not much I can find at fault.
