**What do you like best about Beehire?**

The Beehire tools have greatly enhanced our workflow and recruiting processes have been made more efficient.  It gives the ability to control the jobs postings and applicants filtering, as well as interviews scheduling and offers making in one place.

**What do you dislike about Beehire?**

For positions that necessarily need some unique abilities or expertise in certain field, Beehire allows only limited possibilities for recruiting talents from specific sectors or from the professional communities.

**What problems is Beehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a central place where hiring takes place, Beehire comes in handy to ensure that recruitment is eased through a central platform.  It thus eliminates one tool and application to another, which increases efficiency and decreases workloads or hassles.

**What do you like best about Beehire?**

We love the pre-qualification questions we can ask and then review before moving forward and interviewing the candidates; this is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Beehire?**

There could be some improvements with the UX; some great features are not obvious enough to use.

**What problems is Beehire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment, fast processing of several applicants, video interviews, ranking of the various questions, and a startup pricing as Novable is an early stage company.
