Which reframes the vendor comparison. The interesting question isn&#39;t whose ranking is smartest on day one but which tool makes curation cheapest: surfacing duplicates on its own, flagging content nobody has verified in a long time, telling owners what&#39;s stale. Buying better search for an unmaintained corpus just returns the wrong answer faster.&lt;/p&gt;
