BDRSuite Pricing

BDRSuite is available in the following pricing models:

1. Subscription License
2. Perpetual License

The customer can opt for any one of the above-mentioned pricing models for their IT environment.

Subscription Licensing:

BDRSuite can be purchased for a specific period of time and this pricing model comes with the following attributes
>Purchase can be made on a yearly basis for 1,2,3 or 5 years.
>Includes 24/7 standard technical support
>Includes all minor and major upgrades throughout the license period

Perpetual Licensing:

Allows the customer to use the BDRSuite indefinitely at a low upfront cost. It does include the following elements
>One-time investment at a remarkable discount
>One year of maintenance & technical support including all the minor and major upgrades with a new purchase
>Post the one-year maintenance period, the software would work fine and the customer can go ahead for further maintenance and technical support on Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC) of 20% of the original license price

"VembuBDR - Good intentions, Good Price, Some work to go"

What do you like best about BDRShield?

The Web UI is very intuitive and friendly to navigate.

The pricing is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BDRShield?

After purchasing licensing for one module or another, you cannot automatically obtain a trial for other items.

EG: If you have a workstation or VM backup license and want to try out the O365 backup, you will need to buy a license (or possibly request a trial license manually).

Linux support is still a hit or miss (mostly a miss), when there is a new update (resulting in a broken backup server). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BDRShield:

Please consider using Windows for the on-prem BDR as the Linux version still has some backend issues that will pop up more frequently than the Windows version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BDRShield solving and how is that benefiting you?

With every Linux on-prem BDR server update released there appears to be a number of issues that require a reinstall.

Further there have been unresolved memory leaks for the Linux on-prem server that are not resolved.
