**What do you like best about Basile by HelloWork?**

It is with pleasure that I recommend the Basile tool. It is a simple, ergonomic, multi-device, and powerful tool. My CSM is always available and regularly offers me improvement/optimization solutions. If you want to develop employee engagement and boost your recruitment, it is the ideal tool.

**What do you dislike about Basile by HelloWork?**

the platform is constantly improving but I think it lacks an administrator access that would allow access to all the KPIs and other key information. 
Furthermore, it would be interesting to allow two recruiters to receive cooptation notifications. Only the main manager has access to it. It's a shame.

**What problems is Basile by HelloWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were lacking automation and our process was too cumbersome and inefficient. This tool addresses all of these issues.

**What do you dislike about Basile by HelloWork?**

Not having control over the referral bonus amounts on the platform. Must go through Basile support.

More visibility on our job offers among our collaborators
