What do you like best about Avoma?

Avoma has been a game-changer for my daily workflow. The automatic transcription and AI-generated summaries save me a huge amount of time after meetings. I also like how it provides actionable insights and highlights key points, which helps with better follow-ups and team alignment. What do you dislike about Avoma?

Sometimes the transcription accuracy can drop slightly depending on the speaker’s accent or background noise, which requires some manual correction. Also, the analytics dashboard could be expanded with more customizable options. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value Avoma provides. What do you like best about Avoma?

I use it mainly for demo & customer calls to easily extract key takeaways, major pain-points of the prospects, customers. Apart from just transcripts, I liked Avoma's keyword tracking, talk patterns, call scoring, and even live copilot assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

I feel transcription quality is usually fine but sometimes vary with audio conditions and accents that require manual corrections from our end.
