Watermark SS&E is simple to use and provides great insights into the current student situation, allowing us to intervene at the right time. The best part about this website is that everything is laid out right in front of you. All of the information that you need is on one screen. It is only a click away if you want to get deeper into something else regarding a student, like the courses they are taking or other notes associated with that person. What do you dislike about Watermark Student Success & Engagement?

This is not necessarily something I dislike, but I think it could be a welcomed addition to make it easier. All people associated with a student are listed on the right side of the main profile screen. I want to be able to hover over any of those people and have the option to send them a text message or a note. This would save just one more step. The only other way that I see that I can reach out to somebody associated with the student is to click on the 'message' button above the student's name, and then there is a drop-down menu. Watermark SS&E allows our advising team to efficiently address student academic issues through multiple features. We have expanded the use to key stakeholders across campus for their specific needs, all centered on student support. We are seeing increased collaboration from various departments, allowing us to support students in ways we never have before. The ability to access information about students you work with in one place. The ease of use which allows faculty and staff to engage with students by email, text message, or push notification in the app. The fact that you can set permissions/access at a granular level depending on staff role. From and advisor standpoint the Watermark Student Sucess and Engagement is really easy to use because it integrates with our course planning system, Moodle, and various areas of campus so that advisors have a big picture view of what is going on with students.
