I love that Jenzabar One talks to all departments across our campus. Before implementing Jenzabar One we had several different systems in place that did not communicate, and it was not an easy flow. It is user friendly, and the financial portion of the program is easy to use. I like the fact that you can upload invoices into the Invoice Creations page so you can go paperless. I highly recommend Jenzabar One. The implementations were easy and the Jenzabar implementors were great to work with. They made sure everything was correct and in order before we went live. I use several sections of Jenzabar One but mostly the Accounts Payable section. The only thing I do not like about it is when you have to void check for any reason, when you void the check, the invoice gets deleted as well. So, if you have a customer whose check is lost and you have to void it, you cannot just void the check and reissue the payment for the invoice. If you're an end user trying to get up to speed with Jenzabar’s system, the Learning Portal is a pretty solid resource. I’ve had the chance to explore it, and overall, it’s user-friendly, well-organized, and offers a mix of different materials to help you learn at your own pace.
